I so wish I'd read these trustpilot reviews before ordering. Ordered for my elderly mum & now feel bad as she's basically lost several hundred pounds for a hob which the company isn't sending. They don't answer phones or chat or messages. I guess they are a fraudulent scam that somehow is still allowed to exist? Will try the bank & see if they can help. My order was with unbeatable kitchens but it seems to be part of unbeatable bathrooms.

They really don’t deserve the one star. I placed an order over a month ago, received a confirmation email, and the money came out of my account. I’ve tried to contact them by phone (they never answer and no response to messages left), Facebook, WhatsApp and of course email. I’ve had their generic “thank you for your patience” response twice. No answer to my queries about where my order is. No response to my requests for a refund so I can source the item elsewhere. This is holding up our renovation. Appalling customer service. I now see all these other reviews of course, and can see there is little hope of receiving my order.

I ordered a wash basin from unbeatable bathrooms on 31 July 2023 (now 07/09/2023) After I received a confirmation of order email the following day I have had only automatically generated replies to the many emails i've sent over past 5/6 weeks and also messages left on their telephone service (again only automated responses) ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS

Company has had my money for over a week. Item has not even been dispatched. Will not answer phone or respond to their webchat. Best to avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere

On 25.08.23. Company contacted Trustpilot to inform them that I had put my review in wrong domain and for wrong company. However both unbeatable kitchens and unbeatable bathrooms operate from same business address, use same phone number and same voicemail!

Still wont answer phone calls and have not received my order as it states it still awaiting fulfillment. This further adds to their lack of transparency and reasons to avoid

Ordered a toilet and have phone multiple times to chase the delivery. At first I was told that they thought the order was fraudulent so they didn't contact me or send the item or action a refund. Once they confirmed it wasn't fraudulent after I called them, I was told it would be sent out and delivered on Tuesday and they would email me, four days later it still has not been delivered and no email.

Ive been in the trade along time and this is the worst experience ive had ordering online.

Placed an order for £1400 worth of fitted furniture. A week went by with no sign of the items. Called them to be told they should of been delivered already and they would find out what went on.

Didn't hear anything. Emailed and called again to be told they had the items and would get them loaded and sent out for the following day.

Called the next morning to confirm to be told they wouldn't be delivered as they hadn't had time to load them bit would do it that day.

Called again the following day to be told some items were missing...by this point I had lost all patience and confidence in the company. They then told me they would have the manufacturer deliver my items direct.

Not believing a word they were saying I called the manufacturer and was informed they'd had my order picked and on a pallet ready for delivery weeks ago but they were still waiting for this company to PAY for it.

Went back and forth with the company over the next few days demanding they either pay the manufacturer or refund me before I dispute the payment with my credit card company.

With no contact and no signs of my order I called the company 9 times over the course of a day and failed to get through to Jack. However when my wife called on a number he didn't recognise he picked up first time and was very apologetic and said he'd call me immediately...he didn't.

The next day I called and spoke to the poor receptionist and quite bluntly told her to pass the message on to Jack that if my order wasn't paid for that day he'd find me stood in his office the following morning.

Surprise to surprise 10mins later they'd paid.

This company will lie at each and every opportunity. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. There are plenty of genuine business out there that have a conscience.

I fully expect them to respond with a load of made up excuses trying to downplay at best their utter incompetence and at worst their downright deceitful behaviour at doing business.

Absolute shambles of a company . Order not arrived when promised. Complete fairy tale of excuses. I’m in the trade and rue the day that I found this shower.

Unbeatable Bathrooms is a credible company. After ordering, I was slightly concerned that I hadn't received any shipping updates, so I called them. After speaking with a few of their employees they informed me that one of the items was out of stock, and therefore, they swapped out the item for another suitable part, and then sent out for delivery, and although the delivery took longer than anticipated, every time I called the support number, someone picked up in a few rings. The employees I dealt with were very nice, and helpful.

Placed order for new toilet seat on 28 Nov. Nothing received. Company doesn't answer phone or reply to WhatsApp. Abysmal service.

Fab service and the oak bathroom caddy was worth every penny! So well made. Love it!

I'm a tradesmen builder and been in this business for nearly 30.
This company is by far the worse I had dealt with.
Staff on the phone are very polite but it's just to cover this company's level of incompetence. They just keep on waiting and waiting on their promises to deliver, where they couldn't even know where the item they sold me was at.
Full of empty words.
I've paid £411,00 for a top of the range toilet for a high profile customer, that now just told me they will never use me again. As they don't have working toilet as promised.
I am really angry with the way they simply took my money and did not deliver it.
I will certainly take this further

I got a lovely call to let me know they had found my tap after emailing to say they were out of stock and it would take 3-4 weeks to come back in. It arrived safe and sound and looks great. Thanks

Answered questions via email very quickly, dispatched within 2 days and delivered exactly on time. Thank you.

Delivery was terrible. 3 days in a row waiting in the house for it not to arrive on top of the previous day I waited in a week prior. Had to rechedule my own work, seriously inconvinient.

Shower had clearly been repackaged as plastic covers were missing on parts. Missed a crack in the bath, only discover at fitting. No reposnse when I emailed about it. I'm sure their Ts & Cs wouldn't have covered it but still makes Unbeatable / Bliss Bathrooms a poor experience.

Bath was damaged when the fitters went to install.

Reply. I paid £92 for delivery. Which I had to chase the while way through the process.

I would not have left a negative review if you had responded to my email from last week.

Items showing as available are in fact NOT available. Payment taken, then the inevitable apology email with a ‘3-4 week’ lead time. Avoid. Useless.

Excellent service and very helpful item arrived before expected

Sales staff very helpful in providing detailed information over the phone about the product I wished to purchase and were able to ship the goods very quickly with no delivery charge. Overall excellent service.

I bought a spare part for a tap, otherwise hard to locate. It arrived by Royal Mail as it was claimed it would. What more can you want?
