Umut Dental Clinic Antalya Arvostelua 

My dentist was very good but the rest of the staff wasn’t very unprofessional very poor transport times I was waiting for a taxi from the hotel wasn’t very helpful with updating they didn’t look very helpful to the other patients very unprofessional service They kept me waiting from 4 pm until 10 pm to have my last root canal.

2 simple words to describe this dental clinic ...ABSOLUTLEY FANTASTIC!!! First - the level of service from begining to end is second to none. From the moment we arrived in Antalya we were completely take care of. The whole team including all dental staff, drivers, co ordinators are the nicest people you will ever meet and from the moment you meet them you know they completley have your best interest at heart. Kübra our co-ordinator was just AMAZING!!!!! She made the whole trip soooo easy and ANY questions we had were throughly answered always with a big smile and left us with no worries whatsoever. An absolute credit to the team!!

Now for the dental work. It is AMAZING!!!!! To say im completley in love with my new smile is an understatment. After a year of no confidence and not wanting to smile, thats now all i want to do! The whole dental team were brilliant but perticular shout out my dentist, Fatih, who is an abslolute master of his craft. The time, effort, care and skill taken by him i cannot even put into words. Working closely with him over the week he did everything he could to give me the absolute best smile possible, and wow did he deliver!! Thank you soo much for the confidnce you have given back to me and making me want to smile again! Truly does make your dream smile come true!!

Please if you are considering getting any dental work done in Turkey this clinic has to be top of the list to check out first!! You will not be disappointed!! Everything is explained to you in great deatail of all work that is needed, NO HIDDEN COSTS WHATSOEVER!! and just the greatest dental team you will ever meet!

MY PARTNER HAS JUST FINISHED HER DENTAL TREATMENT AFTER HER SECOND VISIT.
WHILST THE FINISHED IMPLANTS/CAPS LOOK GOOD
THE PROCESS TO REACH THIS POINT WAS IN MY OPINION POOR.
HOTEL /CLINIC TRANSFERS WERE AT TIMES HOURS LATE.FROM THE FIRST VISIT WHEN SHE WAS SENT BACK TO THE HOTEL WITH A BLOODIED FACE AND AFTER A MORPHINE INJECTION TO BEING
CALLED BACK 30 MINUTES LATER FOR MEASUREMENT,
THIS WAS PUT BACK 24 HOURS AS WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO EXCESSIVE BLEEDING AND FEELING DROWSY.
I THINK PLAYING MUSIC LOUDLY AT TIMES AND SINGING AND DANCING WITH OTHER DENTISTS NOT WEARING FACE MASKS WHILST INSPECTING THE IMPLANTS BEING FITTED, GENERAL LACK OF COMPASSION WERE UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. EXCRUCIATING PAINFULL INSERTION OF IMPLANTS DESPITE SEVERAL INJECTIONS WHICH DID NOTHING TO DULL THE PAIN AND PERSISTED TO CARRY ON WITH MY PARTNER SCREAMING WITH PAIN AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS LAUGHING AT HER OUTSIDE THE CLINIC. NOT ONCE WAS SHE REASSURED AT ANY POINT WERE REASONS TO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.
02-04-2026 IT HAS TAKEN UMUT CLINIC 5 WEEKS TO REPLY TO MY REVIEW. I STAND BY MY TRUTHFUL STATEMENT AND STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH THE COMMENTS THEY HAVE MADE!!!

Disaster. Avoid. This place is living on its old reputation.
Had 1 x implant with Abutment and Zirconia crown. Worked itself loose within a few months, without crown rotating. Obviously cross threaded when installed or the abutment failed. Umut not interested. Zero customer service. I needed emergency dental surgeon intervention. Again Umut not interested. Lip service messages. I got new X-rays and dental report issued. Then ghosted by Umut. Go somewhere else.

So this was my second time back to Umut Dental Clinic Antalya, I had veneers fitted around 3 year ago. I had a chip in my 3 front teeth. They literally wanted to replace 6 top and 4 of my bottom due to them seeing chipping. I was so happy that they noticed and said this. I am now finished with my new set of veneers and I’m so happy 😁 Felt so looked after from start to finish and they always made sure I was happy and ok 👌🏼 I just want to also say how clean the dentist is , it is literally spotless!! Love all the staff they are amazing 🥰 Thank you 🙏

The girls make you feel at ease from the 1st time you go. They keep you updated on everything that's getting done. I'm really nervous of the dentist and they really settled my nervous. Just came back from my second visit and I love my teeth

Umut Dental clic have been exceptional from start to finish. From meeting in November 25 at a hotel in Glasgow ,I felt comfortable at meeting then confident that they could successfully get the smile ive wanted back for far too long.Every member of staff i spoke to through my experience really did make the effort to make it as comfortable as possible. From arriving a day later than agreed and getting the treatment finished before agreed timescale I really couldn't recommend anyone thinking of going anywhere else. The hotel was luxurious and the transporting from Airport to Hotel then sometimes twice daily from Hotel to the Clinic really made this what i thought would be a daunting and problematic experience to being a very relaxed and comfortable trip. I can't thank my doctor enough for the work She carried out over the 3 day treatment, her patience and professionalism was truly outstanding especially with me falling asleep and snoring throughout the treatment. Once again. Really can't thank the whole team enough 😁😁😁😁😁

I’ve just had the best Experience with UMET dental care Antalya all the staff there dental nurses are great 👍🏻 so caring and kind, My experience getting my Teeth done I would Recommend to anyone, I can’t stop smiling 😊 it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. This is my 3rd visit because I am adding 4 implants to become all on 6.
I had 2 sinus lift which was easy but feeling a bit sore.
I'm back to ground zero basically.
I will be back in September for my final finals.
I completely trust in all staff, they were very supportive as before, high technology and professional.

My doctor was Faith Sunar,I’m very pleased with how professional he was and how much care he took in his work to make sure I was happy with my new teeth.
They corrected my problems and give me a new set as my old ones were not fitting properly, which was under my gaurentee.
I was seen each day for 4 days , they made sure everything was perfect before I flew back home to England uk.
The clinic was exceptionally clean and spotless.
Beyza was very helpfull to our needs and spoke very good English , she was very kind from start to finish.
Is definitely 100./. Recommend this dentist practice to anyone I’d give them 10/10.

Everything has been fantastic from start to finish. They are really good with communication, fast response time via WhatsApp at all times, they was happy for my partner to come along with me for support at no extra charge. We was picked up from antalya airport with a private driver. The next day we was collected from the hotel(mercure hotel, with gym swimming pool, breakfast included)and taken to the clinic, which is a short drive away.Everyone was extremely friendly, I had lots of different types of x rays and they explained what was going to happen,this was the longest sitting on the 1st day. The clinic then picked us dropped us off and picked us up every day. The communication was fantastic just by WhatsApp, we manage to have a day to ourselves and go see the Old Town, take some beach walks and eat some really nice food. I have finally found my smile again and my new teeth feel and look amazing. I will be highly recommending umut clinic to everyone and once again thank you to all the amazing staff!!

My dentist Fatih Sunar was incredibly skilled, gentle and professional, and I felt fully taken care of every step of the way.
My advisor Beyza was amazing — she helped organise everything, answered all my questions, and was with me throughout the entire process. Clinic Umut also arranged a fantastic hotel for my stay, which made the whole trip smooth and stress-free.

The clinic really helped with my mums treatment, i really had anxiety of course i wanted to ensure my mum was in safe hand but during the treatment i felt very reassured and the doctor is really kind Dr Fatih and he allowed my mum to have time to try food with her new teeth before we left which was really good as i was worried incase we had problems when we return. The staff Beyza and Kubra are also very kind and accommodating and have really beautiful personalities u can always message them and ask questions and you get a quick response back from them they sorted the accomodation & journey to and from the clinic with ease! My mum is happy and she hopes to return again for more reviews with the doctor☺️

I just got back from spending a week in Antalya & getting implants & crowns at Umut Dental Clinic .. I traveled alone but never felt lonely because everyone was so nice & welcoming 😊
From start to finish .. Communication, Transfers, Hotel, My Dentist & All the staff at the clinic were amazing 😊
I was a bit nervous at first but My Dentist Dilara made sure I was always ok. She is so lovely, Very professional & Very precise .. She made sure everything was perfect & I was happy before I left 😁 And if I needed anything when I got home to contact them.

kubra was very friendly on arrival, the dentist was lovely, there was no messing about, straight into action, I'm very happy with the shape and colour of crowns, I had 24, I'm still feeling quite sensitive with hot and cold food and drink, but I'm being patient and I've been told it will pass, my partner now wants hers done, so will be returning next year.

I had two initial consultations in Leeds with two different companies, and my gut instinct strongly led me to UMUT Dental. I paid a £200 deposit on the day and was told I had 12 months to book my treatment at my convenience, which gave me total flexibility and peace of mind.

I used Skyscanner to find the cheapest flights and stayed in contact with the clinic while arranging my booking. Once my flights were confirmed, I was given a choice of hotels and chose the Mercure Hotel, Antalya, which was excellent.

Around six months later, UMUT Dental contacted me to confirm everything ahead of my visit — the price already paid, remaining balance, treatment plan, and hotel booking. Everything was clear and exactly as agreed.

I communicated mainly with Kübra via WhatsApp, and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I also met Kübra in person at the clinic and she was just as kind, professional, and helpful. From the moment I arrived, everyone at the clinic greeted me by name with a warm smile, which instantly put me at ease.

My treatment took place over four days:
• Day 1: X-rays, teeth preparation, and a temporary set closely matching my original teeth
• Day 2: A second temporary set fitted, closer in shape to the final crowns
• Day 3: My permanent crowns were fitted, impressions taken for my gum shield, and final X-rays completed
• Day 4: Final checks and collection of my gum shield

My dentist was Dt. Tuğçe Arıçetin. Although she spoke limited English, this was never an issue. She was incredibly kind, calm, and caring, and whenever anything needed explaining, Kübra was always there to translate.

I experienced very little pain throughout the entire process. Dt. Tuğçe Arıçetin used lidocaine spray to numb my gums initially, followed by thorough numbing injections. I honestly didn’t feel the injections or the work being carried out.

I am extremely happy with the final result and would confidently recommend UMUT Dental to friends and family. If I had to go through the process again, I would want the exact same team looking after me.

My experience was genuinely perfect.

Staff and dentist were amazing, very professional and made sure I was happy with the treatment before leaving.
Will be coming back for routine check up.
