Der Hammer, hatte eben gemerkt das meine Kreditkarte noch immer von UltraVPN belastet wird... Ich habe denen im Februar 2020 eine Kündigung geschickt und ganz klar gesagt das ich Kündigen will... Habe jetzt nochmal dem Support geschrieben. Entweder Geld zurück, da Kündigung ja definitiv raus war, sonst eben Anwalt...

Great rates for this VPN service. Keeps my PC safe with alternate locations when online.

If you are using this only on a desktop it works great but don't plan on relying on the vpn to connect to any servers if you use any other type of streaming device. It seems to get stuck trying to connect and I can only seem to this to work with android if I uninstall and then reinstall each time I want to use it. I recommend everyone to look elsewhere for a reliable VPN

Keep dropping link and restarting. Not as stable as other VPNs.

It's a SCAM.
Signed up to use with fire stick but couldn't log in.
Contacted them and they said fire stick wasn't supported (what's it doing on the app store then??)
They agreed to cancel and refund "I will get an email in a few days to confirm" - That email never came.
Called them to sort it out and they claim they can't find my account to process the refund - Despite me being able to log in to the account no problem.
On my 6th call to them now and each one so far has been interrupted by them putting me on mute or hold without warning and leaving it there or simply hanging up abruptly. Don't give them your money, you won't get anything for it and the money back guarantee is laughable!

**UPDATE** - They've emailed me to say i have somehow got in touch with the wrong company (i haven't) but then advised me to follow a link to someone else to process my refund request. Here's the kicker - the link takes me straight back to the same place i sent my first request! These guys really don't have a clue what they're doing.

Worst app forVPN ever. Does not work on Android. When contacting service, they waiteda long time to come back. I cannot get my money back since it's been longet than 30 days. Lost 40 euros for nothing. Bad app, worse service. Will never recommend.

This doesn't work for me. I travel a lot and work from my laptop so I need to be recognised as being in my home country. However, most of the regular sites that I visit whilst outside of my home country do not recognise me as virtually connected to my home country.

Whilst UltraVPN have tried to be helpful with advice on how to overcome this and I have given them the information requested with examples of my issues, they keep asking me the same questions. For me it is evident that UtraVPN does not work and is a waste of time and money. I have wasted three days now trying to get this useless piece of software to work. It clearly does not do what it says on the box!

it worked fine for 15 weeks then failed and a week later after contacting multiple people no fix. Service? it is total crap. I would not use it again if it were free. They are crooks. It wont connect and password reset does not work either. Their people did not even know I had an account. Two different service areas. mine is Legacy? incompetant usless people.

It is not suitable for me. Ask for refund as stated it is 30days money back guarantee but try to call the number that the CS gave me and it should be their billing department but number is not available! Very frustrating!

Very simple to use and easy interface. I like it better than the prior one i had for that reason and also the other would disconnect me a little to often. This one when set with the Firewall option everything just stops if it gets disconnected and then starts again once it autoconnects. I also use it on my Mobile Android and works fine except you have to logout once done since it takes way to long to launch it again after closing it. Other than that i am very pleased i switched to this one. Also like many other utilities when installing I had to right click and Run as Admin even though I am admin of machine.
The server selections for countries is very wide and easy to switch from one to another.
The connection speeds have been excellent. If playing a game while connected on this VPN my Ping is not that bad. I normally have a 50 Ping and with this VPN it will go to 100 but I experience no lag in FPS games.
I would most definitely recommend this application/utility.

I first started trying to cancel my subscription a week ago which their email support claims wouldn't be possible via Email.
I ordered one month but I just today got an email about another payed month.
They also provided me a non registered number which I couldn't call.

Not transparent for the user at all.
