Nächste Bestellung hatt genauso gut geklappt ...und ich finde manche Beschwerden sind ganz schön übertrieben...weil irgendwas abgebrochen oder rausgefallen ist ...könnt ja woanders bestellen oder hinfahren aber das ist wohl auch nicht richtig...schön das es überhaupt ultrafactory gibt und mühe geben Sie sich definitiv...super Shop gern wieder ...;)

Commande arrivé dans les temps, très bien emballé, tout les éléments commander présent. Seul bémol le prix de livraison (15€) mais une livraison rapide (1 semaine). Je recommande.

FR : Plus de réponse concernant mon remboursement suite à problème durant le transport en décembre 2023, depuis mes très nombreuses relances jusqu'au 7 janvier 2024 (!!).
Ne commandez surtout pas ici au risque de ne jamais revoir votre argent en cas de problème durant l'acheminement. Je prends les devants en vous avertissant qu'ils répondront en dessous que je n'ai jam1is commandé ou que mon avis est faux ;)

4 Pakete Killer Bulldog sind komplett kaputt angekommen, und alles voller Bks. Schonmal nicht so schön, Kontakt war korrekt und schnell top!. Nur haben sie gesagt das sie es erstatten, haben es aber nicht bekommen und das ist jz schon 1 Monate her. :(

Commande de 300euros commandé le 14 Décembre. 5 relances, 1 retour (inutile) depuis plus rien, plus de réponses. Hâte de voir la réponse qui va être « si pas de commande normal rien reçu » j’ai le bon de commande. J’attends un remboursement. Il n’arrivera sûrement pas. Le but c’était d’avoir tout ça pour le nouvel an. Ne commandez pas. (1 Mois la commande)

Ansich ist das eine gute Seite, ich kenn auch Leute von mir die dort bestellt haben und auch angekommen ist.
Bei mir ist aber das Problem dass ich am 12.12.2023 bestellt habe und immernoch nichts da ist. Ich habe per direkt Überweisung gezahlt und auch sofort überwiesen. Beim Kundenservice bekomme ich keine hilfreichen Antworten. Ich hoffe dass mein Problem schnellst möglich gelöst wird weil es wäre echt schade wenn 62€ einfach weg wären.

Kann man nach Silvester noch bei ihnen Bestellen und brauch ich eine Lizenz bei ihren Shop. Oder kann ich einfach bestellen und es kommt an?
