The Ultra Lite 6 week challenge far exceeded my expectations. Weight has been a struggle my entire adult life and I have tried numerous diets over the years. The issues I have had in the past are that most diets either rely on package meals and snacks you buy from the program or are so restrictive it is not maintainable after the program ends. Ultra Lite is different. With its focus being on whole, natural foods, I found myself developing a healthier relationship with foods and fueling my body with nutrients that you can’t get from processed packaged meal replacements. Aside from the amazing results, I have managed to change my lifestyle for the best and feel great! My body now craves foods that are good for me and I have more energy than ever before. My assigned practitioner Sarah is amazing and she helped me along the way. I have been so impressed with the results and how I feel that I am signing up for additional weeks and will be doing the maintenance program as well. Not only has this program changed my world but my family is enjoying the benefits of healthier foods and a happier healthy me.

I've used Ultralite before and found it more effective than any other fat loss system. It is far easier for me to maintain than a calorie controlled diet. Most outstanding is that I don't feel hungry once I'm in ketosis. Ultralite was always my go to weight management approach over the years.
Now about 20 years later I'm using it again. The new menus and recipes are better than before. Some are a bit too "fiddly" and time consuming for me. I'm using some of them to meal prep now. Some of the recipes could use editing for clarity, as could the shopping lists for accuracy.
Using the Qetoe to measure my fat burning status is really good and encouraging me to stay on the program. I used keto stix in the past but found them frustrating. My reading was always light even though I kept shedding significant amounts of fat (shown by measurements and clothing fit - size 16 to size 12). The Qetoe website and video explained why this happened. I always felt well on the Ultralite program and my mood was consistently elevated.
I'm doing ok now, on my own, as I live a long way from a practitioner. I have to stick to regular meal times as this helps to keep my keto readings consistent and safely within optimal range (1 - 3).

I have enjoyed doing the ultralite program this time around never got bored with the weekly menu and with lots of variety in the different meals to enjoy was never hungry I'm going to keep doing the weekly menu's, as I'd like to keep losing more weight.

I have done this program before. The online program has not delivered what it said it would. A real waste of money. I wish I would have paid a consultant. Didn't get my check ins.

Having done this program 4 times before, I was familiar with the process.
To my lament I am not very tech savvy so this was a big disadvantage.I would have preferred a hard copy of recipes.My daughter joined me up with Facebook and although I couldn’t and therefore didn’t contribute it was great to hear others experiences.The teleheath with the naturopath was not optimal despite the lady assigned to me being fantastic.My poor self measurements were a challenge!I loved trying the coffee sachet so ordered a lot more!Some of the recipes have been delicious.While my weight loss is slowing I put that down to a combination of age, medications and stress.Nevertheless while lockdown has been horrible. it has allowed me to focus on the program.At this stage I intend to continue with it after the 6 weeks which really says it all
It has allowed me to reset my eating regime!

I haven't had any Practitioner consultation. I had booked an appointment via zoom expecting Practitioner to call which didn't happen. I am weighing food. No soft drink or tea or coffee and my ketosis is 0 after being 0.5. Not sure what to do.

I have had great success on the Ultra lite programme about fifteen years ago.
Alas for a number of reasons over the last few years I’m again in a position where I need to reduce my weight!
As I had such huge success in the past I am now trusting Ultra Lite to help me get back to where I need to be to feel fit and healthy again.

I find the Ultra Lite program to be excellent, but would prefer printed matter rather than having to follow the program online. I have printed a lot of the recipes but find it annoying having to go online and navigate my way around rather than flick through a recipe book. Also there is the problem of sometimes having a temperamental computer or printer, which does happen from time to time. Overall though, the recipes are very good and easy to prepare with mainly everyday ingredients.

This is a great program. My husband and I completed the 6 week challenge and both had amazing results. More than weight loss, this is a life changing program. We both felt wonderful, had a massive increase in stamina and energy levels, no more bloating, fatigue and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this program!

I had tried all different diets over the last 10 years and only loosing a couple of kg and then putting them back on and more once I went back to eating on my own, Ultralite has worked for me. I’m 50 years old and am going through menopause and put on 24 kilos during my 40’s and nothing would budge it, until now. I did the 6 week challenge and lost 8 kilos. I continued the same eating plan for another 6 weeks and lost another 6 kilos. It has been 6 months and I have kept the weight off. It has changed my life. I feel amazing have more energy and my body is not aching no where near as much now I’m not carrying an extra 14 kilos. The plan is easy to follow. You have to be very organised. Read the menu’s before you start, as some meals are a couple of days in a row, and then you can cook for more that one meal. Also when choosing the sachets flavours, read the menu and count how many of each one you need for meals and how many for drinks, so you have enough for the menu plan. It’s not hard at all you just have to be determined to do it for yourself.

It works, and the practioners are helpful. I rated 4 because I feel communication could have been better with Ultra Lite and more positive feedback on a weekly or even daily basis for encouragement etc. I guess it all depends on the group at the time. It's a terrific program and I think the best available. Highly recommended
