Ultrafino Arvostelua 10

I've purchased 2 hats from them. The Casablanca and the "Roosevelt". I believe they mistakenly didn't give me the Roosevelt, because it didn't have the adjustable headband or the wire in the brim. I didn't return it, because I really liked the hat anyway. I love the hats.
I purchased the first hat in 2022 and the second in 2023.

My first encounter with Ultrafino resulted in them winning me over as a new loyal repeat customer. Ivonne should be commended for her professionalism and I am certain that her managers are pleased to have someone like her on their staff. We have all encountered delays in ordering due to the pandemic and delays in reaching through to customer care agents who are totally overwhelmed with the call volume.
Ultrafino sets the standard for quality products, competitive pricing and service and it's rare that you can get all three from one provider! Eager to sport the Havana and Manhattan fedoras. The feathers and hat box add to my portfolio..mostly Stetson
but no more!!!!

I have purchased 3 straw hats and a few headbands to change the look. The perfect summer hats! Love them!

I love my Bogart Adventurer! The fit, looks, and quality make it an excellent choice. I use this hat to play golf. The brim size and sun-blocking qualities are just what I need!

Thanks for the prompt service. My hat arrived in great shape and looks spectacular(especially on 'bad hair' days). Reasonable pricing added to the positive experience.

Classic Panama
Great hat. I bought this recently to replace a 32 year old Stetson Shantung that just plain wore out (good only for mowing the lawn now). This is a classic. Light as a feather and looks as good with jeans as it does for a night out on the town. Now I have to figure out what my next straw hat will be. Thanks for making a terrific hat.

Mid-January, I contacted the store in order to return a hat that I had purchased as a gift for Christmas. They sent me (fairly complicated) instructions to do so. They are now unwilling to accept the return because I ran afoul of their 60 days deadline for the return by 6 days. The reason given by customer service is that "the system won't allow it" (the hat, of course, has not been worn, and is still carrying its original price tag.) It is unclear who or what this ominous "system" is. Showing zero flexibility is a sign that this store does not care about their customers' experience.

Absolutely excellent products, prices and SERVICE!
The measure of a company is not when everything goes as expected, but when something goes wrong.
My hat was damaged in transit (obviously by the courier, NOT by Ultrafino).
I could not prove that the damage was not my own fault, but the good folks at Ultrafino took one look at the damage and instantly authorized an exchange, no questions asked.
Meanwhile; I've seen similar hats for $400-$500 so their prices are excellent too!
Will buy again. Will recommend.

Horrible customer service, ridiculous return/exchange policy. Don't even think about doing any early Christmas shopping here -- the 60-day return policy will be expired by the time your gift is opened. And get this -- YOU PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING IF YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE IT. And you pay shipping for them to send you the replacement product. Also, don't expect them to answer the phone. You get a recording every time. They will return your call when it's convenient for them, not you.

Great products and beautiful hats. Only reservation is that they are a little bit pricier, but I read it is because they purchase directly from the weavers in an effort to support this tradition and the weaver's families.
