Ultradecking Arvostelua 

This company were extremely helpful and our decking was delivered very quickly. Even though part of the order was the wrong shade they were quick to rectify the problem.

Extremely expensive delivery
Purchased fence for 12.99 and delivery was £100

Originally bought this decking in 2020. The fitter I used purchased the decking as I specifically wanted this decking due to its good reviews and warranty. Decking was fitted in July 2020. It was great initially. However some 3 years later 2 planks have split, and 2 have blown. I asked our fitter to request replacements as they are under warranty. Well he was asked to supply photos of the initial installation, angles, height and loads of additional information. This was requested so that the company could avoid supplying replacement planks under the warranty. My fitter has purchased 4 new planks that have now been fitted. My fitter used all the components that Ultradeck provided. My fitter explained that the ultra decking spacers are too narrow and do not allow enough space for heat expansion. He showed me other spacers from other companies that allow more space between the planks. Our garden is south facing . Please be aware of this

Be careful, their delivery options are £100 or £60 (for a 2 weeks wait!) So if you are missing some spare parts you are stuck with going to Manchester for them or simply paying a hefty fine. Other decking providers I have worked with have very cheap or free delivery for small parcels.

I checked with them over the phone and they said 2 bags of fasteners would be good. Turns out I needed 3 but what should have been a cheap £30 addition may now cost £130 more (with little room on their end to help).

Pretty average. Like quite few reviews here had a delay for delivery which messed up planning. Said 7 days, was over a month.

Boards are cheaper but also of lower quality than others. All my boards have perpendicular scoring on them. Customer service say it is standard manufacturing. Looks like a manufacturing defect to me. You can see this zooming on the images on the website eg Walnut natural.

Ultimately cheaper than others but with lower quality. Ok if you accept that.

I have ordered from Ultra Decking on 4 occasions, all delivered on time and kept me up to date. The products I have ordered included composite slatted cladding, decking and trim, all top quality. Jay in particular really helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company

As a DIYer they were the only ones that took the time to advise before purchasing, yes a lot was salesy but that's life. All arrived on time and correct at a busy time for them. Composite planks were bang on, trim was fiddly and the composite beams really warped but all done and looks great 5/5.

Excellent service and after service, with good prices for good quality product, excellent prompt delivery, even managing to arrange an earlier delivery than agreed with helpful and courteous delivery man. Well done.

Quality product,delivered on time at a very good pice

Ordered twice of this company and both times, they were really accommodating. The second delivery was more urgent and they prioritised this and cam the next day!!

Super. Second time I have used this company and it won’t be the last. I made a stupid mistake during the ordering process which didn’t come to light until my order arrived but the company handled it extremely well, delivering me a replacement at very short notice prior to me leaving for a holiday which was an enormous help. Great communication, very friendly bunch and most importantly, a first class hardwearing product. The previous order I made with them was, three years ago and the decking literally looks like new still.

I ordered composite fence kits for my garden and i am very happy with the quality of the products. I was kept up to date with delivery updates and a speedy service. Ordered my fence on their website after shopping around for a few weeks.
The price was very competitive.
Delivered on the date they emailed to me.
I thought at first the panels were the wrong ones as they are longer than i needed. I spoke to the customer service lady and she advised that the length is correct and every panel may need to be cut as concrete posts move over time.
I did have to cut most panels but it didn't take long and the finished look is perfect.

Ordered some cladding from here on the 18th June, looked at my order and realised i had forgotten to ask about corner pieces. I rang UltraDecking who sent me the different options, rectified my order and had it delivered 2 days later!!!!!

Service is below 0, they do not even deserve one star. Some products arrived damaged, they do not accept any ownership to that, they have offered no resolution other than me taking them to the court. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
