Ultimate Sack Arvostelua 2

This is the only bean bag company I will purchase from for all my bean bag needs. I purchased the bean bag 5000, plus a footstool five years ago and it's still as comfy as it was the first time I sat in it. You can re-fluff the bean bag easily by lifting it on it's side and plopping right back into it like it's brand new. The footstool is an absolute must-have, and once you feel the difference, you'll never go without one. I also recently purchased their protective covering for the bean bag, also a must if you have pets that pee on things out of spite when you're away on vacation.

I had to recently purchase another footstool because the original one had gotten moldy. This is not a fault of the bean bag company, as my cat peed on it when I was away on vacation and after I washed it thoroughly, I wrapped the footstool in a garbage bag so the pee wouldn't leak through if she did it again. Well, it didn't dry all the way and it got moldy - this is totally my fault for trying to save money by not buying their protective covering and instead using a toxic non-breathable material to protect it. The better option is to purchase their protective coverings, which I finally purchased this past January for the bean bag. The protective coverings are a little expensive, but they are the only one on the market that actually work. An important note is that if you do need to wash your bean bag or footstool, make sure it is absolutely dry before placing any kind of protective covering on it! It's very absorbent memory foam, after all (Seems obvious, right).

What I mostly wanted to write a review about, however, is that their customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with the shipping costs on my order for the second footstool and within less than five days they resolved the issue. That is so rare these days and you won't regret going with Ultimate Sack when purchasing bean bag items. They are unparalleled and I am so impressed! Not only are their products premier in quality, but they have real people working their customer service and they are willing to help. I highly recommend Ultimate Sack!!

If you buy this, make sure you don’t ever want to return it because to return it you have to remove all of the foam from the liner and throw all that foam away. Well that’s about 30 pounds worth of foam in a 6 foot wide beanbag. The company does not disclose that to you before you buy it and I only found out from the agent later on through an email. There are small particles in there that I feel would be dangerous if inhaled so I decided not to pull it out and I’m disputing the charge on PayPal right now. Keep in mind if you buy it, the return policy is so impossible to uphold. It would take 10 hours to pull all the foam out so make sure you if you buy it you want to keep it. Also, I paid three dollars for the “hassle free return”. They did not honor that instead of charged me eight dollars to do a return which I ended up not doing because I’m not gonna expose myself to 30 pounds of torn up foam and some of it in little pieces and small particles. The customer service agent was not helpful. She said that’s the way they’ve been doing it for 18 years so for 18 years they’ve been making it dangerous and near impossible for you to return their items, so I would still stay clear of this company.
