Ulatus Arvostelua

I submitted a test translation on June 26 and no feedback received until today, October 13 (140 days later!!!). Feedback received was wholly inadequate. If this is what happens with the potential onboarding process, then I would hate to imagine what happens with their actual working practices. Translation rate of USD 0.03 per word offered for Life Sciences. Of course, in order to justify such a pitiably low rate, the promise of high-volume work was made by Mr. Foster. This more often than not hardly ever materializes.

I had a pleasant experience working with the team. I look forward to collaborating more in the future.

I‘ve been working with them for a few years and the overall experience is nice: smooth and punctual payment, stable and consistent projects.

My experience working with Ulatus over the past few years on a dozen projects has been very positive. While the assignments are periodic, the projects themselves are really interesting and have allowed me to build valuable professional expertise. The PMs are supportive and respond promptly; the automated workflow for payments makes collaboration seamless.

Unprofessional - no contract provided, poor communication and failure to make full payment. A very disappointing experience overall.

Ulatus really did well on our clinical trials translations. They were always responsive and delivered on time with quality. My feedback is that you should add more features to your dashboard that allows us to raise tickets. Apart from that your service was top notch.

I have had a very positive experience working with the Ulatus team. The PMs are highly professional, polite, and they are always ready to provide assistance whenever needed. The projects are interesting and well managed, while the system for task allocation, delivery, and payment runs smoothly and efficiently. Payments are also prompt, which is greatly appreciated.

It would be even better if more projects were available without AI-generated content and if higher rates could be offered for translation work.

Overall, it is a real pleasure to cooperate with the Ulatus team. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support, and I only wish I could receive more projects from them.

Prompt and reasonable payment. Responsive PM

I’ve had a very good experience working with Ulatus. They are a professional and reliable company, communication is smooth, and payments are always made on time. The projects are well organized, and I appreciate the opportunities they provide to freelance translators. Overall, Ulatus is a company I’m happy to work with and would recommend to other language professionals.

I rarely leave reviews, but Ulatus truly deserves 5 stars. Their team is professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They offer a wide range of translation and localization services, with reliable turnaround times and competitive pricing.

I've worked with Ulatus as a freelancer for a number of years. Their PM team are very approachable and helpful. This has been a valuable partner for me.

Helpful PMs, reasonable rates, good company to collaborate.

I've worked dozens if not more projects with Ulatus. There was not a single time when I ran into any issues with communication and payments. One of the top companies I have worked with.

Professional and efficient staff to work with. Excellent communication. Good systems to streamline administration and project management.

Everything is done automatically through their system, the assignments, delivery, payments. The communication is professional, the deadlines are not too tight. Never had any issues with Ulatus.

I have worked with Ulatus since 2022. My experience is good. Although the deadlines are tight sometimes, the team is always very supportive and eager to help.

I've been working with Utalus for over 4 years now, and I couldn't be more grateful for that. It's a pleasure to collaborate with such reliable professionals, always putting quality work, human sensitivity, and solid reciprocal collaboration first.
