Everything was great

Everything was great. It took a while to received the package because it is shipped from overseas. Otherwise, a good experience.

Is ULamps legit?

It has been well over a week since my order was placed. No shipping info (despite 2-3 days processing), no response to email or chat and a recording when you call customer service. Will I get my products?

Perfect addition

Looks beautiful and elegant in our family room! Customer service was great as well - super responsive when I reached out to find out when this would arrive.

Very satisfied customer …

Product was as described and was packed very well in wood crates. At the beginning communication could have been better, but they improved that and I am very happy with everything. Will buy from them again

Very Impressed with this Company

Communication was seamless, and the lights were packaged so well. Nothing could have been ruined during shipping as I imagine it took hours just to package the lights. I was very impressed! I have not had the ability to hang the lights yet as we are in the middle of building the house, so I can't comment as to how they will operate, but they looked very nice!

Chany deserves a promotion-best customer service

The company sent lights in an actual wooden box.

I could not use the style and color in new construction but Chany handled it without involving me~

I will order again.
