We’re really pleased to hear you rate us as a top wristband supplier and that you’re happy with the pricing and on-time delivery. We really appreciate your continued support!
Avoid
Avoid. Much better UK companies out there. Print on the wristbands was so big you couldn't see the design. Allowed no space for wrapping / sticking the band
We had asked for advice, proofs before printing and help but were told 'you can proof it online', and that 'we don’t provide separate proofs', but that 'A member of the UK Wristbands team will ensure the best possible fit for your design'. It was very much NOT the best possible fit.
When we complained on the phone about the unusable bands, we were rudely spoken over, told it was entirely our fault and that we should have known more about their printing process!
Dreadful customer 'service'. Avoid.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your order. However, we had regular contact with you prior to production and confirmed the artwork specifications in detail before proceeding. We can’t be held responsible if you later changed your mind about the agreed design or layout after production began.
We do offer a free online proofing service that allows all customers to preview their design before ordering, but you chose to skip this process. In such cases, as stated on our website, our team fits the artwork as large as possible within the print area to ensure maximum visibility.
We always aim to provide clear communication and quality service, and we’re disappointed you feel otherwise.

Thank you for your message. Your order was dispatched the same day it was placed, however, the delay was caused by DPD and unfortunately was outside of our control. We did everything we could to help resolve the issue, but like all businesses, we are reliant on the delivery companies once an item has left our premises.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding.

Narrowly missed the 3pm deadline
Narrowly missed the 3pm deadline. When I rang, phone was immediately picked up and the person was so helpful. Luckily I still had a couple of days until my event but at least I know that I would get it next day (if I order before 3pm) - had a fantastic experience and my work colleagues are very impressed with the wristbands!

This has to be one of the easiest…
This has to be one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had when ordering something custom. I found the site after a quick browse on Google as we needed some bands for an upcoming event. The website itself was really easy to use, I was surprised at how competitive the pricing was as well. When I was looking, I was only after plain bands, but with the easy to use online service and cheap pricing , I decided to order some with my logo on and some text.
I ordered them on late Thursday night, and they arrived Saturday morning. You couldn’t ask for better service, these guys are on it 🫡
I’ll be using them in 2026 when we do some more events.

Thank you for your message. Your order was placed on Saturday, 16th August — please note that our shipping days are Monday to Friday, as clearly stated both in our website banner and again at checkout in red text before completing your order.
This means your order was dispatched on the next working day, Monday, with next-day delivery service. Unfortunately, as weekend orders can’t be processed until Monday, delivery would have been on Tuesday.
