Uk windows & Doors ltd Arvostelua 

This company has left us with an unfinished door for almost six months (since 2nd June 2023) and failed to provide a guarantee for the work they actually did.

It became apparent later the evening they "completed" the work that the door hadn't been fitted properly and didn't seal sufficiently when closed.

In an attempt to get them to finish the job we've paid for, I've called them 22 times since June. We've also sent 13 unanswered text messages and one unanswered email.

For over a month now, their office phoneline has a recording telling you that they're busy, and the salesman's mobile has seemingly been permanently switched off.

On one of the few occasions they did respond, they sent a workman who began fixing the door, but said he needed to bring different tools to finish it and that he would return that Friday afternoon. He never returned.

When we chased this up with the salesman, he gave us the workman's mobile number. Evidently, making the arrangements on our behalf like an actual professional company would is apparently too much like decent customer service for UK Windows and Doors to offer.

The workman's phone too is now seemingly permanently switched off.

It's evident from this company's behavior that as soon as they have your money, they have no interest in fixing their mistakes or helping their customers.

If you're looking for a reliable company that will fit your windows and doors; that will take enough pride in their work to finish the job properly; and that will treat you with common decency and return your calls and messages... then i wholeheartedly recommend avoiding UK Windows & Doors.

Annoying cold calling company. Endless phone calls over the last two days.

I would highly recommend this company. So easy to deal with, a fair price, great quality products and a precise fitting team. I'll be using them again for my next project.

No hard sell with the quote. Shay was very easy going and took into account our requirements and budget.
Fitters were fantastic and respectful of our home. The whole process was around 6 weeks. Would highly recommend and will use again for our back windows

Had 6 windows replaced in wood sash on a listed building.
Was very hard to find a suitable company to do this project. UK WINDOWS made us feel assured by allowing us to go see similar projects as ours to make sure the workmanship and the finishing was done to a T.

Claim to be professional and great at what they do however they are nothing but cowboys! If you want your property damaged and left in a state then this is the company for you. Had windows and doors fitted by these so called "professionals" however what we are left with is absolute shambles. DON'T BOTHER AND STAY AWAY. You only deal with the one person, even when you complain it goes directly to him! Oh and Imran, don't bother responding to this claiming it is part of a "blackmailing conspiracy" if anyone wants to see pictures, videos, texts they are more than welcome. One word for your company, INCOMPATENT.

Stop trying to take a genuine review down. I am not about to go back and forth with you on here! I am receiving endless amounts of emails of you trying to report my review, what is it, a guilty conscience? I told you above, you will be hearing from my legal team soon enough.

You do realise your initial response on here I have screen shots and proof of absolutely everything. You have now come back on here to delete and tweak your response! It will not make a difference. You are now trying to portray a fake persona of yourself to make out as though you have been approachable and helpful but your initial response you were claiming harassment and refusing to talk to us. Do not want further communication on here, follow the proper channel of communication as you have been advised to do.

We have purchased pvc windows, bifolds and an aluminium feature window from these guys for our build. Having had horrid experiences with so many different tradesmen along the way, we were naturally on edge when coming across someone new.

Imran was extremely responsive, beat the quote we had (from an unreliable company), had a fast and efficient turnaround and fitting times. We made it clear how difficult we find trusting tradesmen and Imran put us at so much ease throughout the whole process. He ensured everything was in writing, offered full transparency and a full breakdown of payment phases etc along the way. Our windows have since been fitted and we are really really pleased with the service and quality. We will always use these guys on future jobs. Thanks again for being one of the good guys.

UK Windows & Doors did a fantastic job of refurbishing my conservatory to replace old windows and doors and put a solid roof on. Customer service was exceptional with Shaik being very responsive to any queries and his team being friendly and professional. The quote was highly competitive and the end result is very high quality. I would not hesitate to recommend UK Windows & Doors to anyone and will definitely use them again on any future projects - great job!

I had my windows installed by UK windows and doors ltd and because I was so happy with the quality and fast service I decided to also get both my doors done by them too. The prices are unbeatable I had several quotes but these were the best and now I can say the quality is also great. I did have a few issues but they were sorted and I am overall really happy with the service. Imran kept in touch throughout the whole process and was extremely friendly catered to our requests accordingly. I have already recommended uk windows and doors ltd to all family and friends and would continue to do so. Definitely get your moneys worth.

Very bad experience with this company, not what they claim to be " honest and trustworthy" conned my elderly parents in paying upfront cash £10,400 to get the whole house windows and doors replaced, the owner did not measure brick to brick from outside property, also damaged the bricks whilst taking existing windows out then said it was damaged anyway, they did not find them properly and had to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for them to rectify there mistakes! The fitters ruined the carpets and not covered there filthy boots throughout the house, ripped out sills and damaged internal plaster on wall then filled it with silicone glue hoping we would not see it, damaged the bathroom and thought it was ok to stand on the toilet seat instead of using basic comments sence and use ladders, they left without completing the job, not siliconed the windows externally, totally took advantage of the VUNERABLE, and now they wont come out because they have been paid in full cash. Owner is rude, broke all trust. Shame on you uk windows it's quite disgusting what you have done ! Wont answer calls or reply back to text, caused alot of damage even to out cladding in the kitchen and refusing to compensate, instead we were told by the owner " get a builder" or someone else to finish off, totally disgraceful! We demand a full refund or cost for damages I have all proof of pictures and videos I made where the fitters were stood on toilet seat, flooded the bathroom with water and left mess everywhere throught the home, proof of damage to cladding in the kitchen and also the way they have left the windows ! When told to come back " he shouted we will pick it up next time" appalling ! Left us with incomplete job! Trading standards it is. I wouldnt like anyone else to go through this experience its shocking and left my vunerable parents distraught! SHAME ON YOU !

The house is my elderly parents home the money as you are fully aware and you have taken off is from my elderly parents! My sister signed the contract for the work to be carried out , but what you explained and what you did after the contract was a different situation! You knew my parents did not understand english and you took full advantage of that situation. If nothing was wrong and you did everything properly then a simple question why on earth would you have to come out on 3 different occasions??
Sorry please do take legal advice as you will need it in your shaa business! You know what you did and I have all the concrete solid evidence to prove your work its physically there! And all the videos and pictures that were taken when the work was carried out! Even your staff agreed with me ! Hence why you wont agree to giving me the fitters number! Like I said we are letting the trading standards make there decision ! Far as I am concerned you are the professional not my sister or my elderly parents and you should have known what you and your fitters were doing! It's really that simple!

Now instead of fixing your mistakes you want my elderly parents to pay out more money to get the windows trimmed and up to standard, the mess you made and left us with?? Unbelievable! All the evidence will be provided to trading standards the videos of how the work was carried out and all the pictures of how your fitters left the job! I'm sure they will be in touch with you!

I am genuinely very happy with the service provided and the customer service excels in all parameters. The staff are friendly, helpful and honest with their work and recommendations. The quality of work is seldom seen. Would definitely recommend the company and they are the best in quality windows and doors.

We first had UK windows and doors in the replace our front door and large living room window. The job they did was first class and at a very competitive price. A month later we got them in again to replace our back door, I would recommend UK windows to anyone.

Really happy with the windows, they’re of a really good quality. We had a couple of small issues when they arrived but credit to all involved everything was sorted out and rectified. I would honestly recommend this company.

Excellent from start to finish yes a couple of hiccups but we're sorted so quickly and no fuss that's the way to do a job properly.

What a fantastic experience we have just had having our windows and door replaced from UK Windows and Doors. From the salesman Shay coming into our home discussing lots of different options, to the quick turnaround of the windows being made. Then the fitting team doing a first class job of installing the windows quickly and efficiently in only two days. Also very competitive prices. We can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you.
