I ordered the Phillips coffee machine for £69.00 with free next day delivery claiming it was coming from their London warehouse. I received an email saying my order had been received and the item shipped. Two weeks later I emailed them after searching for the email address and was told that it would be another 10-14 days. I'm still waiting and have threatened them with Trading Standards and reported to Face Book where the ad was shown. They are still advertising claiming that it's the last day.

Ordered and paid received 1 confirmation email and 1 email saying it’s out for delivery - this was a week ago and no sign of delivery and no further emails. Yet another scam website

I ordered a mobility scooter yesterday for 69 pounds thinking from lidls then see says tesco asda etc after i bought it got a email say ing thank you for trusting us then today order been shipped .no receipt nothing I have to wait 15 days for my bank to try get the money back bet I dont

I got scammed for 69 pound scooter has anyone had there money bank how to go about it

I ordered a scooter from them about 2 weeks ago, received email from "Sunny Closets" saying my order had been received , next day another email stating it had been despatched, but no tracking number or even courier given.
After THREE emails to them, I finally received a reply email from "Doretha Sylvis" thanking me for my patience and was told that the package would be processed and delivered with 10-14 days, STILL not arrived and another 3 emails to them, and yet again (SUPRISINGLY not!!!) no response from them. I am beginning to think they are just a gang of scammers, "DO NOT buy from them"

I ordered the scooter about 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received it very annoying to say the least

I just want my money back i ordered 2 scooters then found out it was a scum my sister email them and didn't get a reply back so my next step will be going to my bank to report them as a fraud so if anyone thinking of ordering this don't as you won't get the goods and they won't reply to emails you send them

If i could give this zero stars I would i was just about to purchase a wheelchair im so thankfull I used trustpilot first even though on their website according to them trustpilot has given them 6 stars

Blatantly a scam, I saw the 69pound scooter on the website and instantly knew it was fishy so came to trustpilot to check..I really don’t know how people are falling for it but hope whoever did fall for it gets their money back

I've just been scammed on the £69 scooter didn't realise till I made payment that the company is scamming people so hopefully I get my money bk did everybody else get a refund

My wife ordered an inflatable garden hot tub stating it was from Lidl for £69. It was not LIDL - the bank transaction stated Polska-Online. We received one suspiciously worded email from them but no details of when the order would arrive. We then checked trustpilot and found no positive reviews (expect one lady who’s comments we clearly that she’d been scammed but for some reason gave four stars! 🤪).

Complete SCAM no scooter arrives and no response to emails. Have raised a charge back with my credit card .wish I had read reviews 1st. But site looks very legit .But it is the complete opposite

Wow I am so grateful for trust pilot I was just about 2 order and pay but b4 I payed I thought I'd check as it sounded way 2 gud to be true, saved myself a lot of stress, I ope u all get ur money back, some people need 2 get a proper paid job instead of ripping hard working, disabled people off, Karma will be round 2 u soon enuff

I'm so annoyed such an awful experience ,my husband is disabled, l thought the scooter would be ideal for £69.00 it folds up using a remote control.advertised by lidil also noticed several scooters advertised on face book Tesco Sainsbury's Asda, all same con artists, they should be ashamed of themselves, we have to wait 15 days before we can claim our money back with the bank ,hope they get they are happy ,advise anyone don't be took in by these people
