I always have a great experience at Vape Kings, and a big part of that is down to Ryan on the front desk. He’s consistently welcoming, approachable, and genuinely happy to help every time I come in. What really stands out is his knowledge and enthusiasm—he doesn’t just serve you and move on, he takes the time to recommend flavours based on what you like, and his suggestions are always spot on.
Ryan creates a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the shop, which makes a huge difference. You never feel rushed or pressured, and he’s more than happy to answer questions or talk you through different options if you’re unsure. It’s clear he cares about giving customers a good experience, not just making a sale.
Customer service like that is hard to come by these days, and Ryan consistently delivers it. He’s a credit to the team at Vape Kings and a big reason I keep coming back.
