Needed some replacement ceiling tiles for my office room. Had exactly what I wanted. All came boxed up securely. Would definitely use the company again. 100% satisfied.

This is the second order I have placed
This is the second order I have placed. As with first arrived within days. Ceiling tiles well packed on a pallet, no damage, whole package sealed against adverse weather. The ceiling grids came in separate package reinforced wooden box, so none bent. As with the previous order will again use the sawn timber lengths from grid packaging in the project (good to recycle!). .
Found the Company easy to deal with, and answered all my technical questions. Quality of the product excellent. First job used the 'Fine Fissured Tiles' look good in the Gym. Found the soft texture required care in handling. Second order was for 'Tundra Pro', this tile is much firmer in texture, and is now my preferred choice. If unsure call them and take advice, maybe you need to consider thermal, acoustic or something else. I found the Tundra Pro tiles better bore the weight of the 'downlights without any noticeable sagging.
I will just mention that the first order arrived with some damage to main ceiling grids, I texted photos of damage, they replaced without question. This was the fault of the heavy handed couriers who had broken the seals on the packaging. Company have given good friendly service, with competitive pricing.

Quick delivery, but very low quality product
Delivery was quick enough, but the quality of the tiles is sub-optimal to say the least! The tiles are really thin and fragile, they're supposedly wipeable but to be honest they aren't any different to the standard gypsum tiles, only much lower quality!

Vastaus yritykseltä UK Suspended Ceilings
Good Morning J Z,
Thank you for your order. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the quality of the product.
I can confirm the Easy Clean tile is certainly a wipeable gypsum tile and has been supplied to many of our happy customers for over 6 years of us supplying this particular tile. In fact it is our most popular tile, due to its versatility and cheap price.
We would be happy to offer a more expensive alternative if this tile does not meet you expectation, or if you are looking for a denser, insulated or particular ceiling tile, then please call our technical team for support.
Kind Regards
David
