Good installation, easy to communicate, the junctures look good. Handled the area under the built in wardrobe well. I picked oil finished engineering wood floor, smells more naturally.

Wood flooring left in pouring rain in driveway
The wooden flooring was left on driveway in pouring rain. No attempt was made to move the flooring inside my house. I moved the 51 boxes by myself. If left outside the flooring would have warped.

Dear Charles,
Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery of your wooden flooring.
It’s concerning to hear that the boxes were left outside in the rain, and that no effort was made to move them inside.
I truly appreciate your quick action in moving the 51 boxes yourself to prevent potential warping.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will be addressing this matter with the delivery team to ensure it doesn’t happen again in the future.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you, and thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Sales Team

A professional team and excellent products
I recently put new flooring in my home. The engineered wood flooring I purchased was of excellent quality and competitively priced. Most importantly, the service I received through the consultation to produce delivery was 100%.
The manager, James, was very helpful. He helped me move all the wood up the stairs, which totaled 18 bales of solid wood. In addition, they placed a rush order for me because the flooring installer was not up to snuff and I had to order more material to refloor. Highly recommend this company, I only regret dosn't use their floor fitter.
