UK Car Glass Arvostelua

Order was double and triple checked to make sure the right glass had been ordered. Notified of name of local company supplying the service (Autoglaze UK) and roughly when they would be arriving the day before the job. Arrived on time after giving me some warning he was getting near. Glass was replaced quickly and everything cleaned up thoroughly. Completely self-contained operation ideal for those stuck in car parks or on the street. Price was 60% of the quote from the "default" windscreen replacement company in the UK and no payment was taken until UK Car Glass had phoned me and confirmed I was happy with the job (which has a lifetime guarantee). In short I can't think of anything to improve...

Proffesional, on time and speedy. Great experience. Thank you.

Amazing service, great staff. Happily reccomanded to others

very satisfied with your services, the work was very clean and good, very satisfied

Didn't fail to arrive at given time.
Good glass quality fixed.
Very neat and excellent job done. Highly professional

Ben did an excellent job of installing my windscreen and the work was completed in an hour. UK Car Glass also quoted me far less than the major windscreen replacement companies. Very pleased.

Great job, thank you!!

Very happy with the service received. The local fitter replaced my windscreen without any problems and left car in perfect conditions with clear instructions on 'setting times'. Would definitely use again, though hope I don't have to!

Just had windscreen fitted been great service , kept me updated times etc and very happy with fitter's work .

When I needed a new windscreen in a hurry, UK Car Glass was able to provide a quote and fitting time very efficiently.

Lots of communications from them by text message, WhatsApp, email and phone to confirm what was happening, and the windscreen was fitted on day agreed by a very competent installer.

The only thing missing was confirmation of the two hour time slot when the fitter would arrive, hence only 4 stars.

They were really quick , professional and very explainer everything really well

When car windscreen began to leak, UK Glass responded promptly and effectively, explaining my options. I would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that a requested date was then moved, as was the timing on the then agreed date, but as the work was being carried out by one of their partners, this was possibly out of UK Glass’s control, and they did keep me up to date with the situation in a timely manner. Although it hasn’t yet rained to check the repair, it has hopefully been a good job at a fair price.

They were very quick and professional.

Super quick service and a top technician who was efficient and professional.
Cannot give 5 stars as the messaging service is poor to say the least. Failed to pick up a message giving new location of my vehicle. Wasted the fitters time.
Useless AI as per usual I expect?

It was superb, arrived on time, very friendly and just got on with the work, could,nt fault him or the work.

Best quotation we could get.

They phoned before they arrived, turned up when they said they would (that is unique here in Scotland)!

Did a great job, cleaned up (another unique service!) every bit of broken glass and went.

Fantastic service all round.

Thank you.

Work completed very professionally, happy with the job done.

Exceptional !! Paul’s relentless research to make sure it was the correct windscreen and half the price of auto glass why would anyone use anyone else !!
