UK Car Glass Arvostelua

Technician phoned and gave me an approximate time of arrival on day of appointment. Later he arrived on time, he was friendly & polite & started to install new rear window of my vehicle. He did a great job which took him just over 1 hour. On completion he done a good job cleaning up when finishing. I would recommend this company. Many thanks

I booked an appointment on Monday for Wednesday. They came on time and fixed my windscreen. Very simple, didn't have to stress. Nice customer service who called me the day before to confirm. So very pleased with the service.

I just had my Nissan Juke’s windscreen replaced today, and I couldn’t be happier! The team was super friendly, really efficient, and so professional. It was great to have a McDonald's right next to the workshop to relax while I waited. I had my car back in just two hours – such a breeze!

Lovely polite lad landed when he said he would, fitted windscreen and left
Fm start to finish the booking was easy and we were more than happy with the outcome

Was contacted by Joe in the morning. When he arrived he came across as a nice guy. Informed me how long it would probably take.(which was spot on!)
Took my works parking permit sticker off and stuck it on the new one.
Very impressed with the quickness of service and the communication was great.

The technician, Graeme, was very profession and friendly. He explained the process and answered any questions I had about the fitting and after-care

Very good service. Used Whattsapp and dealt with real people rather than chatbots. They communicated quickly and answered my queries/questions. Fitter turned up exactly when they said he would and did a great job

The fitter arrived on time and was happy to explain the procedures to fit a privacy glass rear window. This was clearly a skilled job that needed several parts removing before the glass fitting. He was a neat and tidy worker vacuuming all the broken glass before starting and even polished the rear window when he had finished. In summary an excellent job by a skilled professional employee, who is a credit to the company. I understand he is based in Lewes.

Paul was so helpful, always prompt in replying to messages, nothing was too much trouble.Would definitely use again

Ordering was easy: the website is really well-designed and the followup emails and texts inspire confidence. Easy to contact with questions. John arrived on time, a real expert, did the job quickly and left everything tidy.

Quick and easy

By far, the best quote so I wasn’t expecting too much by way of a dependable customer service. How wrong I was!! Everything to do with my windscreen renewal was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The date of fitting was arranged, the fitter arrived bang on time and executed his task with skill and expertise. I can 100% recommend UK Car Glass.

excellent service, excellent communication and dealt with my enquiry quicker more efficiently than all the usual suspects...and had the best price of all the companies I contacted

Really easy and good price to fix my window ! Was so fast and reliable and updates via WhatsApp throughout ! Would really recommend

Pretty painless process for booking a replacement windscreen and very good availability in terms of the wait for fitting. Also one of the few who will give you a quote without having to surrender all your personal information just to get an email/phone call.

Be advised the quote you get might not actually be what you have to pay though as they will come back with another price after booking if they find something else you need (you can't state much when requesting the quote) so don't necessarily take that price as gospel even though the site suggests they've already checked this before quoting.

The contractor who came out was excellent. On time, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and almost to the minute of how long he said it would take. Kept us updated along the way with progress etc. and left no trace he'd been there (apart from a shiny new screen of course!). Definite 5/5 for the "boots on the ground" so to speak.

Super slick service from UK Car Glass. Great communication left me in no doubt that my order had been received and processed. Their partners at Taylor Windscreens were equally good on communication and I was immediately contacted by them with clear instructions. The fitting of my windscreen took place exactly at the promised time and the fitting was quickly and expertly executed. I would highly recommend this service and I will be using uk car glass for all my car glass needs.
