Ordered a new battery for my pole hedge trimmer. yard force handled the ordered wonderfully.
Only issues were with delivery, even though I was in for delivery, and we have a ring door bell, the delivery driver didn't ring it, and knocked on door, a big house, and by the time we got to the door, they'd left, not able to leave like amazon if we don't get there soon enough and take a picture of the door.

I ordered an extra battery for the lawn mower, it arrived and works fine but you barely get 10 minutes before it needs recharging

Der mährobotor soll Steigungen bis 30grad bewältigen das tut er nicht an der Stelle mit einer Steigung von ca 20grad überführt er das Kabel immer wieder schaft es nicht so zu drehen das er weiter mähen könnte sondern verläßt den eingegrenzt Bereich
Absolut unbrauchbar lasst lieber die Finger davon auch wenn er relativ günstig ist.

Buy another brand
I do not suggest anyone buys one of their machines. A 90yr old friend bought a compact LM F23, from a shopping channel so she had no idea about reading reviews. So light & small for her age & tiny lawn, seemed ideal. Gave up the ghost just out of guarantee. Contacted Yard Force, should be Yard Farce. Answers are almost by return so this is AI at work. No longer stocked, no spare parts, cannot advise how to get it repaired. In other words they stock a cheap Chinese item for a short while.Have no intention of having spares & no real human who can give advise. Avoid at all costs.

Bowls or Croquet Anyone?
Bought the i600 mower as I wasn’t able to use a conventional mower for my medium sized garden. Unboxed the mower, set it off and it cut the lawn with ease and with no clippings to dispose of. Very impressed and happy with the results and quality. Ordered directly from Yardforce and the mower came 2 days after ordering. Definitely recommend! Does exactly what it says on the box! 📦

Arranged via B&Q as one of their ‘verified sellers’. I ordered a robotic lawnmower with next day delivery. 72 hours on from ordering and no sign of it, plus DPD still showing as not having received it.
Contacted Yardforce yesterday who are apparently looking into this urgently.
A total shambles, don’t deserve 1 star.

Der Kauf des Yard Force hat sich als…
Der Kauf des Yard Force hat sich als kompletten Fehlkauf entwickelt. Die App ist eine Katastrophe, der Roboter zerstört den Rasen in dem er sich ständig festfährt. Nach einem Jahr haben wir versucht Ihn zurück zugeben, da der Aldi Shop mittlerweile geschglossen ist, werden wir ständig an jemand anderes verwiesen.

Reliable robomower with excellent customer service
After many years (lost count but 10plus) my robomower died; turned out to be the charger. Used the e-form and got response after 2 days pointing me to the parts site; got the part less than a week later. Back up and running again. Its looking a little sorry for it self but still doing its job
