They rejected my review on their website just suggesting that its hard to find an option to return on their website. I dont like my fair experiences being gagged.

I also had no idea that shipment was from Germany as other reviews had stated. I also had the email to say that there was a delay with my order so checked the reviews on trust pilot and expected to have further issues with my order. I was pleasantly surprised when my parcel turned up 1 week after placing my order with the correct bra and fits well 😊
My experience with Triumph's customer service has been horrible. I used to be a loyal customer, placing many orders until I encountered an issue that required support. The stress of trying to resolve the problem wasn't worth the effort. Their representatives are unhelpful and frequently fail to respond to emails. Furthermore, there appears to be a systemic issue: they actively avoid solving problems, and there is zero communication between their departments. They also lack a dedicated complaints department and provide no way to escalate issues to a higher authority
Placed my first order, no mention on their site that it would be dispatched from Germany until I received the dispatch email.
A few days later receive another email saying there would be a slight delay, I replied asking just how long a delay 'slight' is and where abouts was my parcel.
The reply avoided answering these questions and just said it 'should be' sometime next week. This does not inspire any confidence.
I replied again asking them to cancel my order, they said they couldn't as it was at the dispatch stage.
Will never use them again, no idea when or if I will receive my order. Will probably have to raise a dispute via PayPal
Ordered previously with no problems with the delivery. Placed a second order and they are saying Evri cannot deliver as we have a house name and not a number so they have cancelled the order! We don’t have a house number and have received many deliveries from Evri who have never had problems delivering. EXTREMELY UNSATISFACTORY
Absolutely appalling customer service. Would give them negative stars if that were possible. Read the other, similar reviews, and avoid at all costs! Refund for returned items not received after two months and little reason to suppose I will ever receive it…How I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering, but I assumed that with such a famous company all would be well. I can see now that others have had exactly the same experience over a period of many years. Incredible! I have never come across any other company so bad, and they just don't seem to care. I used the tracked returns postage label which Triumph themselves supplied, but received no refund. Contacted them numerous times by email and phone, but they just put me off every time. "Be patient" is their standard response. They owe me £102 and have failed to refund it.
An absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered a bra on the 1st of January. EVRI confirmed on the 5th that they would deliver it on Friday, 5th January, and provided tracking information. Guess what, it never happened. I had to chase both Triumph and Evri, and neither apologized. I finally received the parcel a week later. The box looked like it was run over by a truck, sellotaped and contained panama. PANAMA! I tried again to contact anyone in Evri, but I was unable to get in touch with them. Don't complicate your life, just don't. In terms of quality and customer experience, there are more brands with better quality out there.
Order arrived very late (they didn't mention that it will be shipped from Germany). Out of four pieces, two were missing and one was stained. I requested a refund, the reply they gave me didn't even address the issue, just said something about paying by card. I emailed again and no reply. Terrible experience.
No mention of items coming from Germany on website. 1 update day after order placed, then nothing else. Shirty email saying how can we deliver something which isn't in stock when I queried it. Still waiting for order. Won't use again.
I use to buy from them when they had a store in the uk, i sent back two orders it takes ages to get a refund and one order they didnt refund both items its such a shame as there night wear is lovely but i wont be ordering again
I have ordered from Triumph at the beginning of July 2022. The product arrived so late, it didn't fit so I have sent it back. It's now about a month since I have sent it back, I have contacted Triumph and no response. I didn't knew they have such appaling service, what a shame because their product is really good. I should have checked the reviews here on Trustpilot, I can see how many people are disappointed with them.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They deliver their orders vety late when they advertise 3 to 5 working days. Returns packed in 1 box are then refunded, in my case, with a £500 underpayment. The reason for such a large return is due to their poor sizing. Their customer services is disgusting and no response or apology when the balance of the refund is finally made 2 months later. I have previously ordered from this company successfully approx 3 years ago. They are not based in the UK and intimate that issues I have experienced are due to warehouse problems.
Absolutely the worst experience I had. 0 customer skills, super unhelpful. The items are lovely and good quality but as a firm they are useless. My parcel got lost and no one bothered to reply to me for almost a week. Then when they did I was asked to chase it up myself with their courier. The phone line is not working so no chance to speak to someone. In this day and age it is embarrassing for Triumph to be treating their customers this way.
Avoid!!!! First of all, there is no mention of the company being in the EU!!!! I returned my items almost 1 months ago, send proof of postage, company admitted they received the package but it was lost on site! There have been several email exchanges and all I get is to be patient because they are investigating my case. I want my money back, you got the prrof of postage! Surely, a company like Triumph could afford 130£ to pay the refund and than, doing internal investigation!!!! Outrageous!!!! Do not shop from this company!!!!
I used to were only Sloggi underwear which is Triumph’s brand, and I noticed that the last two or three years they keep deteriorating their quality of fabrics & they use substandard fabrics. Their underwear is not the way it used to be. Now it’s of a very poor quality and the quality doesn’t match their products prices at all!!! The parts that are glued, peel off and the fabric is very easily ripped off and opens easily!! A known brand with glued pieces on... unacceptable!
Torn fabric and didn't refund the money. We sent back part of the order and they didn't refund the full money - asking for return proof; however, we don't have proof at item level as we just stuck the label they provided. Bad experience. Do not recommend!
Sloggi were always my go to product, never again. In the last two years I have had to bin a total of 10 pairs of maxi panties,some sprung holes, others ripped at waist band. I contacted Triumph to no avail several months ago, the last straw was the waist band ripping on the eleventh pair this morning. Sloggi were a great product but not anymore. Avoid as they only last a few months. Dunnes Stores essentials better quality and half the price.
