I never thought I'd get rid of the wave across my chin, and I bought this with the thought that it might help a bit. The wave has gone. Nice straight beard. Very happy customer.

Great beard straighten

Even with the replacement battery sent the actual straightener constantly loses power because the batteries/straightener do not fit together effectively. Currently now only 1/3 batteries provided actually provides power and I have to hold the straightener very carefully so that the contacts do not disconnect, when the straightener does hold its connection to the battery, the power only lasts a very short period. I may have received a faulty unit, at least I hope that is the case, as the performance I am experiencing is very poor.

Order never received, emailed 5 times and still no response. Awful customer service but I can certainly say your spam marketing emails are working nicely. I will be going to my bank for a charge back, if a response isn’t received soon.
Great product, the price is paid was brilliant, just disappointed that the battery doesn't last overly long. Thats the only disappointing part of this, other wise great product

My batteries are poor don't holdca charge for long . Fully charged and used forv1 min battery level goes to 1 bar . good quality comb needs good quality battery

After searching hard and wide for a beard straightener to help tackle my curly frizz, I stumbled upon this one. Whilst a little more pricey than ones I had been looking at, I have to say upon receiving it and very speedy delivery I might add. This is genuinely a very well made product and has surpassed my expectations at straightening out my beard. Decent heat up time too, too early to give a rating on battery life yet although have used a few times from a full charge and now at about 40-50% battery. Overall very pleased with the service and product
