My hope is that sharing my experience will help one other person avoid the same big mistake I made. To begin I am not a fan of online ordering but given the current pandemic, I haven’t much choice. My faith rests solely on the vendors I am buying from.
Well before Christmas I purchased a sweatshirt, t-shirt and hat for my eldest son from the official OVO site. My son has been wanting a OVO sweater for years. As a full time student helping pay his way through school, he could never afford it. My son did not ask us (his parents) for anything as he knew it was too much for us as well. Given the current pandemic and the mental challenges we are all facing, we stretched our budget to make this Christmas a special one for him. Initially contact with the vendor was difficult as it was via email only. No way to speak or reach a live body. Response times took minimum of 3 days. The representative (no point in naming) was helpful in the beginning to help navigate some issues but avoided my one question “if the sweater does not fit can I exchange it for another size?” I explained it was a Christmas gift. I asked twice and no response. Not being able to reach a customer service rep was the first red flag and the rep avoiding this question was the second red flag. I didn’t see what was going to happen next.
When my son received his gift at Christmas (huge Drake Fan) he was so happy and couldn’t believe we spent this money. When trying it on, it was too small in the sleeve and bit snug for a sweatshirt. Three days later I contacted the representative via email, and was told they do not exchange any products for sizing issues. Only if there is a defect. Being honest I told her it was a sizing issue. My son normally wears a large but this fit more like medium. In pure disbelief, I sent a follow up email stressing my disappointment and asking them for a better solution. Again, 5 days days passed before getting a response stressing that there is nothing they can do for me. I paid $120 USD for a sweatshirt shipped from China that he cannot wear. Telling him I couldn’t exchange it was hard and he was so angry cause he knows how tough times are. This reaction made me feel worse as a parent.
For an organization with such a large name behind it, I am disappointed at the level of service and care for customer satisfaction.
I STRONGLY caution other parents and customers alike, to reconsider ordering from the OVO site. My sister also ordered something and is facing the same situation.
I will NEVER order products online from this site. Times are hard for everyone, especially during a pandemic when jobs are cut and money is tight.
Poor service, bad business and terrible customer care values. We feel like we have been taken advantage of. 😓

OVO doesn't have terrible customer service. They just don't have customer service. Period. Order the Raptors x OVO pregame sweat suit. Loaded the website 3 hours before launch with my account logged in to ensure I got what I wanted - white hoody and matching sweatpants, for a very special birthday gift. Order was confirmed 1 min after purchase. Shipping label was created 6 days later. That was Dec 22. UPS has no tracking information because they haven't received the package yet. 2 emails to customer service. First being very polite, second being slightly aggravated. A week since the first email has been sent. I have not heard back. Charged $350. And can't even have the decency to confirm if my package is in the warehouse or missing. A simple "well look into it" would have done. Instead I get ignored. During pandemic times when online sales are surging, you'd think this reputable brand could atleast respond to an email.
Terrible customer service
I ordered a sweater as a gift. It ended up being small, contacted them for an exchange, absolutely terrible customer service. The sweater is straight out of the box, all tags on, I have receipts and all I wanted was the exact same sweater one size up, and they would not do it. Terrible customer service.

20 days after ordering a crew neck…
20 days after ordering a crew neck sweatshirt I got a t shirt in the mail worth $100 less than what I ordered. I emailed them twice before they finally responded telling me what I ordered is out of stock that they can refund me the difference or I can return the item and get a full refund after they receive it. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not buy from here again.

Hate to say it but the clothes are overpriced for the quality you receive. On my hoodie and sweatshirt both owl logos have fallen off after little use at all.

I bought a few items from OVO in the past so I was surprised (and extremely disappointed) to have such a bad experience this time. I ordered one of their very expensive sweatshirts and was displeased to find the stitching coming undone in multiple areas. When I took pictures of the damage and sent them to OVO, they said I passed the 14 day return policy and that they would not refund me. (Unfortunately for me I left the package on my table and didn't actually go to hang up the sweatshirt until a month after receiving it (it's been really busy lately and I was sick for a good part of the month)). I didn't even ask for a refund, just an exchange for something not damaged. I wouldn't have expected a 14-day return policy to apply to damaged items, especially when a lot of times things are purchased as gifts. Additionally, they would not provide me with a phone number to speak with someone directly on this issue. It is such a shame, I love Drake and I used to love OVO but this company does not seem to care about quality or its customers at all!! I never even tried the sweatshirt on and can never wear it due to the obvious threads falling out. What a waste of money! So disappointing! OVO lost a customer for life!

Their website say's FREE SHIPPING over $150. I spent over $150 and was charged for shipping anyway. I have sent and email with NO response. Their customer service is horrible, can't locate a phone number. His overpriced items are too much to not be able to speak to someone. I will NEVER order from them again and i will let Social Media know of the poor customer service.

I ordered a sweatshirt, the package was not taken care of. The sweatshirt was damaged.130 Euros BY THE WAY. I received the refund 1 month after receiving the product from them. Very bad commercial service and very poor quality of the products. I do not recommend at all. No commercial gesture and 20 emails for reimbursement. He sends you a return ticket already filled out, he makes a mistake on the return address, your item arrives in the store and not at the warehouse and he tells you that it is you who made a mistake. No reduction, he completely ignores your requests for commercial gestures.

Quick Delivery and Good customer service
Bought some stuff off the website on Saturday and came the following Friday which was quick in my eyes considering all the negative reviews on delivery time. They also kept me updated with the delivery status along the way by providing me with a tracking number etc.

My 16 year old wanted these clothes and so I coughed up the $216 for a damn hoodie and long sleeve shirt because it’s the Drake brand - Drake you should be damn embarrassed of the level of service YOUR company is NOT providing. Poor Customer Service and Quality of Clothes
I am very disappointed with customer service at OVO. It was my nephews birthday on May 5 and I decided to buy him a windbreaker jacket online. Because of the delays in shipping I decided to purchase it early so it obviously passed the 14 day mark to return it. Once my ten year old nephew wore it a couple of times, he was sad to see the zipper broke right off. My sister has been in contact with the returns department and they will not provide a refund or a new jacket (which is what she wants) instead they told her it is passed the 14 day return period. She has indicated that because of a birthday it was ordered early and in the box set for the gift to be opened. They are refusing to exchange it. I will no longer be purchasing OVO's products in store or online. I will also be posting pictures of the jacket so that everyone can see what they are buying.
I was a dedicated customer in the recent past since all my gifts that I purchase for my family comes from this store.
Please do a better job at taking care of your people. Customer service needs to up the anti.

Beware if you are buying any of the OVO products for gifts as there is NO allowance for return or exchange after their 14 day and 30 day policies even if the product is defective. Very poor customer service with no apology and no consideration that this was a gift and not opened until after the policy deadlines only to find that the owl was coming off the $174 hoodie. This was a gift for our grandson's 13th birthday and just is not acceptable for a organization such as this. Truly disappointed!

I highly disappoint with this i spend like $190 for one thing still its so disappointing to visit store at Mississauga ON (square one).
