Not a marital affair website. More of a sex dating site, therefore the name should be changed. Marital affairs are discreet. This site is the opposite to discreet, wanting profile photos etc. Have to buy credits to message which may not work & waste money.
No way of meeting up. Can't post email or phone numbers. Eats up credits with a major appetite.
I did the usual sign up for free, then realised I couldn't do anything without paying. I picked a payment plan, but the payment they were asking for was more than I expected, so I aborted. I took the three day taster deal and made sure it wouldn't auto renew.
From then on I was constantly pestered by popups and fake messages, which are hidden links to porn sites. I also found I had been signed up to a large number of other porn/fetish dating sites.
After the three days were up I cancelled my account and haven't been back.
Ok so my first thoughts are this is another scam site.
To my surprise this site charges you a monthly fee. What is doesn't do however is sneak another unwanted site onto your bill like some do. But and this is the but and why my review is 3star and not 4star. After paying the £1.99 3 day trial and then opting for a 3 months full membership I noticed that I might not be bumped onto another hidden site. But I am inundated with endless ads for nearly every dating site on the planet. Virtuall every click is met with an Ad for another adult dating site. I'm not sure that they are all connected as Mature.maritalaffairs is definitely connected the pages look similar as is the payment method. But Ashley Madison does not show the same site build and payment method is the rip off coin version yet this pops up a lot on the adds. Now I understand that these sites need to bring in revenue but surely they can curtail this to a few adds every 20 clicks or so.
Now the good bits. There are some fakes on there and they are spotted straight away. But in between them there are genuine profiles and that's what made me stay and pay for 3 months.
So in summing up Not a Scam site but too heavy on the popup adds and i have 3 more months of this to go
