I contacted Johnson Fitness and they responded to my query very quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. I would recommend Johnson Fitness to anyone interested in buying g Fitness equipment.
I have since purchased a new Horizon 3.0sc exercise bike from them and even got a Saturday delivery at no extra charge.

I haven’t really started using it properly and so far I think the highest resistance is “light”, could be that I’ve discovered my inner hulk🙄. Customer service has been ok telling me to connect directly to mains, have I done this …no🤦🏾‍♂️, once done and it resolved the issue, it’ll be 5*

Great price. Ordered followed by a phone call arranging delivery. Arrived bang on time. Treadmill. Bonus the treadmill was assembled by the guys and brief demonstration how worked. Couldn't fault

Cancelled installation of equipment morning of agreed installation. Had to take the day off work for this as they don’t install over weekends. Lost a days pay due to poor communication. Not even 24 hrs notice of cancellation even offered to build it myself just deliver the equipment. Very disappointed no offer of any freebies or compensation not even a protein shaker. I am thinking twice on kitting out the rest of my gym using this company.

Messaged to make sure they would deliver to my post code and was told they would. Delivery was arranged for over two weeks after order. I was then emailed the day before delivery date to be told they do not deliver to my postcode.

IDC console Product we bought is good. Only criticism is the manual that comes with it is rubbish ( being polite here). The manual is too small in print form and very faint as well making really difficult to read. Not difficult to produce a decent booklet.

The Motor Control board (MCB) on my JHT Johnson Fitness Omega Z treadmill failed 4 months after the initial 2 year warranty.
Johnson Fitness replaced the failed MCB for £207.
The replacement MCB failed at just after 3 months. Johnson fitness said there is no warranty on the self fit replacement part (They never offered fitment by their engineers on the replacement).

Great customer service in answering questions and doing the delivery and install! Really happy with the treadmill we got and the service throughout the process!

Excellent Elliptical Strider! My wife loves it. She wore out the last machine, but this one looks much more professional and enduring. Easy to put together and runs really smoothly. We pulled it upstairs (definitely a 2 person job) and had it working an hour later with easy assembly instructions for the 3 parts that need assembled onto the main frame.

Professional, neat and tidy

My experience is mixed. Ordering was simple and Laura gave me great info about the treadmills in the office. Delivery took nearly 3 weeks which was disappointing and then I was told the day before delivery the treadmill got damaged in transit and I had to wait another 6 weeks! I got straight on the phone to Laura to ask which different models I could still get delivered with me the next day. Laura was extremely helpful and quickly found out for me. Would have been 5 stars if they had been proactive and offered the alternative straight away. I would have not been happy to wait 9 weeks in total for the treadmill. Delivery guys were great and really knowledgeable

Excellent communication by the delivery team. Arrived promptly and set up the treadmill within 30 minutes. Absolute top class service

Treadmill arrived but did not work. Delivery guys were great - but could not be redelivered for another week which was very disappointing, particularly as had to take a day off work for the delivery.

Purchased a box-damaged cross trainer online. Used the chat function to ask questions and got my answers. Payment was easy and I got a receipt immediately. Delivery was well informed and the delivery company did everything they said they would and brought the 93kg box into the conservatory as requested. Very pleased with purchase. It literally was just the box that was dusty and ripped a bit. Product inside was well protected and in perfect condition.
