I came across it recently and just tried a few games to see how it feels. The site is pretty straightforward, nothing confusing, everything loads fine. Didn’t really spend much time on it yet, just checking things out and left it there

I’ve run a few times, and then when I did take a big withdrawal out, they blocked my account said I need to register register with GameStop but Littel did they know I was already with them so I’m entitled to all my money back they also kept £100 of my winnings and blocked my account and pointless communication through emails miles so I’ve had to make formal complaint did receive a email yesterday saying they’re not with GameStop. Does anybody know the number to actually speak to somebody? And I’m more than happy to leave a better review once the situation is sorted and I get my winnings.

Account blocked since 18 February 2026 with £4,500 in funds.

I have been a customer since 2023 and have deposited and withdrawn many times without issue.

On 18 Feb 2026 my account was suddenly restricted and I was asked to provide Proof of Address, Proof of Payment Method, and a Source of Funds form. I provided all requested documents the same day.

Since then I have received no update about the verification despite multiple emails. My account still has £3,000 in pending withdrawals and £1,500 balance.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and am awaiting a response or deadlock letter so I can escalate the matter to IBAS.

I hope Jackpot.com resolves this matter promptly

Awful. I signed up using a sign up offer and deposited the £15 required. Once I deposited the sign up offer completely disappeared. At that point I decided to just withdraw the £15. 2 days later I check the status of my withdrawal as I’m yet to receive the funds and I can’t log in because my account is “blocked”. I’ve tried to go on live chat but it simply doesn’t work. The only way to get support is through email and they take ages to reply. I know it’s only £15 but I wouldnt recommend this website at all.

I have recently signed up made a deposit of £370 and withdrew last night £2000 which was received this morning, I have also requested to withdraw a further £2000 making the total withdrawals £4000. Very happy so far, of course I will be sure to update my review once my second withdrawals are received

UPDATE: I have sent all documentation requested to verify my account and am still awaiting my withdrawal of £2,000 - we are now on day 3 will update when my funds are received

Can't say I had any issues. Deposited £110, managed to get it to £1000 through live games and slots, in the end I did two withdrawrals, one for £200 and the another for £390, So £590 worth of withdrawrals in total. Was skeptical about ID verification nonsense when I read the reviews here, but I have to say both withdrawrals came through within around 13 hours of request without any roadblocks. One thing to note, they can't withdraw via bank transfer, despite I deposited that way. you can only withdraw to a card or paypal, so I had to add my card which was straight forward.

The slots were ok, most paid out around £30 - 40 from £1 spins, but I did have a big hit on fluffy favourites, £400 from a £1 spin, and it wasn't even free spins, I'm still not sure how I won that from the base game but I'll take it. They offer live games, mainly playtech/adventures beyond wonderland, but no evolution so if you wanted to play crazytime, those sort of games, you'll have to find another site.

All in all, in my experience as someone who is new to the platform, I haven't had any issues, other reviews had me on edge regarding withdrawrals, but ican't say I had any issues, which is why I left this review to give others peace of mind regarding withdrawring

Rubbish. Wagered the £15 and never got the 50 free spins

I have spent a number of days trying to receive my winnings of around £62. They blocked my account. Asked for numerous bank statements then had to fill in a form regarding spending limits etc... I am still no further forward with recieving my payment. I have never known a gambling company that requires all this information and taking their time to sort it all out. Even the big boy companies are not like this ... I just want my winnings so I can finally be free from jackpot.com

I signed up to a promo offer of deposit and wagered £15. I deposited the £15 but could not find anywhere on the site that promo so I refused to play and withdrew my £15 back. This was about 15 hours ago. I havent had a confirmation email of the withdrawal request so I went to log into my account and it is now blocked. No contact at all stating why. After reading other reviews about this site, I will 10000% never be going back on it and I advise everyone else not to use it.
