Booked online as top of google (no doubt they pay to be top) I paid £250 only to be contacted for a further £75!! Obviously cancelled - took 10 days to receive a refund (web site cost now changed from £250 to £375) Cheaper to book direct - search local scan clinics where the price will be around £100!

GetScanned’ service is phenomenal! Definitely 5 star +. I was approved on a Friday at 18h00 for a Chest CT Scan. They got me into the facility at Queens on Monday morning at 11h00. By Tuesday I had copies of my CT Scans & the report.
The service by Yarharth Dubey & Sonia were exceptional. They kept in touch throughout the process and were delightful to liaise with. Thank you so much & highly recommend for speed and efficiency!

I booked scan for head and spine, booking process is easy and straightforward, i was contacted the same day and got scan in 3 days, results after scan received following day. Everyone were really helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

All worked as it should having received a scan appointment very quickly. Report was delivered to my physio within 2 working days which means at my next physio appointment we can discuss the content. Very efficient.

Great experience with GetScanned. Originally I booked and paid for a full body MRI which initiated a video gp call. During this call the gp was very thorough and recommended that based on my symptoms a CT scan would be more beneficial for me and arranged a referral immediately. Arjun at GetScanned kept me well informed with locations and arranging the alterations due to price difference (only issue was location availability of the CT was not as widely available as the MRI - MRI was an hour travel but closest CT was 3hours travel).
Managed to arrange to CT scan within 1 week and have received the results and report within 4days (which includes the weekend), so very fast service.

Fast service from the booking time. It was on time when we arrived and did not have to wait. Friendly members and very food service. Car park available and to access

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth.
The two ladies who conducted the scan were both extremely helpful and polite.
I was sent my results within a couple of days and also received a follow up call to see if I was happy with the whole process, which I was.

Spoke to someone who booked me in, scan was done within a week and received results the next day. Great experience, would definitely recommend and fair price.

I requested a next day MRI scan as I couldn't get a diagnosis but was in pain needed to know what the issue was.

I was called back virtually immediately, had the process explained. The doctor then called me directly confirmed my symptoms and requirements and referred me for a MRI.

I was then contacted and offered a choice of 2 appointments for the following day.

Once accepted it was immediately confirmed. On the day the whole process was professionally and efficiently undertaken, excellent communication throughout and the hospital was spotless.

The results were provided in 48 hours as promised and were very comprehensive and I am now discussing with my GP.

This efficient service has provided me with piece of mind and a quick way forward.

I would not hesitate in using these again in future and would happily recommend them
