GaraDry Arvostelua

Great service from start to finish

Although I have yet to fit the garage seal it looks good and fit for purpose. Unfortunately I had to contact customer services as no adhesive was included in the packaging.
Both the seal and the adhesive came within two working days.

Great service
Helpful advice from assistant on telephone. Next day delivery at no additional cost. Easy to fit floor seal.
Looks great and doing the job it is intended to do.

Good product, good advice from your staff, quickly delivered.

Purchase, delivery both great. The instillation well described and easy, looks good. Have tested (as suggested in instructions) and all is fine but waiting for the ultimate test-a storm!

Very disappointed of poor quality of how product was sold when I get the time I will post condition of threshold and your response, considering the cost , one turned up in good order and one in
Poor condition. Not happy with your reply when I explained what my aim was
Regards Colin

From ordering the product to taking delivery everything was perfect.
The communication was excellent and the package arrived as stated timewise and was completely intact.
Excellent company to deal with.

Happy with the product and service.
Parcel arrived at the time specified and was delivered with a smile

Received product in quick time, excellent quality and good instructions. Customer service was answered promptly, overall very satisfied with product and service.

THE PHONE CALL AND EMAIL CONVERSATION WAS VERY GOOD, AND EASY TO FOLLOW AND PLACE THE ORDER.

HOWEVER, THE VELCRO PADS PROVIDED TO FIX THE MAT TO THE GARAGE FLOOR ARE VERY POOR AND DO NOT STICK TOGETHER VERY WELL, AND THE ADHESIVE PADS PROVIDED, ALSO DO NOT STICK WELL TO BOTH THE MAT AND FLOOR, DESPITE USING THE CLEANING CLOTHS. I WILL VELCROHAVE TO BUY ALTERNATIVE. I WILL ALSO HAVE TO BUY ADHESIVE TO STICK THE VELCRO TO THE FLOOR. COMPARED TO THE SILICONE ADHESIVE/SEALANT PROVIDED WITH THE GARAGE THRESHOLD SEAL, WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH THE MAT WAS A BIT OF A LET DOWN, AND WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL PERSONAL EXPENSE.

Excellent robust product! Super fast delivery!

Extremely fast delivery service and does exactly what it says

Exceptional service, thank you. Delivered within 24 hours, great. Easy to fit and looks like it will do the job for me. Overall an excellent transaction.

Very helpful during deciding on product and advice on floor preparation.
Great delivery and packaging.
Superb instruction leaflet.
Product looks great in situ.

Item arrived next day in time for me to fit as rain was due. Supplied adhesive sufficient for the job and easy to use, best smoothed if required using warm soapy water and finger or any other suitable object. Good heavy solid feel to garage door seal and nice and wide. All in all pleased with quality and result.

All I can say is that the service was very good.Ordered my products on a Monday and received them on the Tuesday.Just great was able to finish my job same day.
