What a fabulous buying experience from start to finish! I’m always wary of buying from Facebook ads, so always head to Trust Pilot before committing and was reassured by the comments. All true - amazing customer service and a fabulous personalised gift my daughter adores.

Everyone just look at the reviews ignore the good ones as this is them writing these reviews listen to folk u will pay for ure order and never recieve it and the status on tracker does not change .And when you want a refund the customer service is shocking they make u wait days for a reply .And also pretend they have processed the refund but thankfully i can check when with bank and they haven’t .You will never get your product nor get your refund or you will wait months .They are also based in hong kong and put uk callie to bring buyers in .Save ureself money and ure sanity i repeat do not buy from this company

This company took my money without ever sending the item. When complaining all I got were endless, senseless mails about the item 'being in production'. They refused to refund the money they took and I now have to file a claim. Worst online shopping experience possible. Scam.

A lovely choice of gifts and easy to order. I bought 2 personalised Easter gift bags. The delivery time is a little long but worth the wait. The bags are exactly as pictured and will definitely be well received. Thank you

Absolutely crap!! charge me £50 for a tshit thwt was nothing like the description not in the UK is a Chinese company so wjen I emailed to find out about delivery as they said it was comeong from China I wanted to cancle my order asi didnt want cheap Chinese tat (wich is what I recived) obviously the size i had orderd think it was uk sizes was not the size I revived then they was wanting me to mess about with a ruler sending numerous images to show the size when you could clearly see it was not a 5xl in the images already sent i mean who has a ruler to hand in there house ??? complained asked fot my money back refused aboslute joke dont waste your hard earned cash on cheap Chinese crap !!!

Placed an order in November 25. Have not received it as of 18/2/26, despite several enquires and had no response other than to confirm my delivery address. If you are thinking of a purchase, don't do it.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE ADS. This company operates a massive network of "clone" websites to trap customers. I ordered a Christmas gift from Getnamenecklace, but they are the exact same operation as Photosfeel, Soufeel, and many others.

They use a virtual office address in London (71-75 Shelton Street) to appear like a UK-based business, but they are an overseas operation that ignores UK consumer laws.

They promised a 4–6 day delivery. It took 13 days, arriving long after Christmas. In writing, they offered a 70% refund if I returned the item.
​ As soon as I accepted, they changed their tune, claiming "no returns on custom items" and lowering their offer to a measly 10%.
​They rely on people not realizing that Soufeel, Photosfeel, Namenecklace.com, and My Name Necklace are all the same deceptive entity. They hide behind these different names so that bad reviews on one site don't stop them from scamming people on another. Avoid them all.

Ordered a necklace guitar shaped with a personalised picture in the ball the ball that the picture is in is so small unable to see the picture definitely not worth the money I paid for it.
People beware don't buy from this company.

Terrible shop. I purchased from this shop and ordered a personalised 'Our Story So Far' print. The design came out completely different to what I had in mind and the quality of the paper and resolution was so bad that the lines were so blurry I couldn't make out what the text said!

BEWARE THRY ARE CHINESE COMPANY NOT IN THE UK! Ordered two sets of pj bottoms with pictures of dogs they came and were tat!! Only use was the bin! Never responded to messages went through PayPal and resolution centre and got my money back! Never buy from this company it’s a joke!

Ich habe bei bekommenamenskette.com bestellt, weil mir schriftlich garantiert wurde, dass die Ware spätestens am 23.12.2025 geliefert wird. Diese Zusage war für mich kaufentscheidend, da es sich um Weihnachtsgeschenke handelte.

Tatsächlich wurde das Paket laut Aussage des Unternehmens erst am 26.12.2025 versendet. Weihnachten war also längst vorbei, die Ware damit für den vorgesehenen Zweck wertlos. Das ist ein klarer Vertragsbruch.

Der Kundenservice reagierte mehrfach nicht auf konkrete Einwände, sondern schickte ausschließlich standardisierte Textbausteine, widersprüchliche Erklärungen zu Lieferzeiten und unzumutbare Vorschläge (z. B. zusätzliche Zahlungen oder wochenlange Wartezeiten).
Teilweise wurde ich sogar mit falschem Namen angeschrieben, was den Eindruck von mangelnder Professionalität weiter verstärkt.

Anstatt Verantwortung zu übernehmen, versuchte das Unternehmen, Kosten abzuwälzen und eine vollständige Rückerstattung zu vermeiden – trotz nicht eingehaltener Liefergarantie.

Fazit:
Wer sich auf zugesagte Liefertermine verlässt – insbesondere vor wichtigen Anlässen wie Weihnachten – geht hier ein hohes Risiko ein. Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen und rate dringend zur Vorsicht.

Ordered a personalised guitar pick holder. Item poorly made, drawer didn’t open and picks missing. Company making excuses and inferring that I’m unable to work a drawer properly, not taking ownership of poor product or responding to requests for me to return. Expensive mistake. Buyer beware.

Horrible!! Be aware!! I ordered my whole family the Christmas sacks and they look nothing like the photos. Awful. The colour is completely different and the quality feels so cheap. Extremely disappointed and wish I would have researched more on the company before spending so much on such poorly made items. Be aware and do not buy from this company. Overpriced and poorly made.

Purchased a personal necklace with initial & picture inside necklace, no picture, and no response to my emails, where do I complain?

Never ever buy from this company. I ordered a blanket that said I love you mama Bear and then my grand daughter's name. She is 2 and this was to be a gift for her mummy for Xmas. Never showed up and the website now not showing my order. In fact, it has changed to showing under returns and states refund. Still waiting for the refund and no more communication whatsoever. Never returned anything as I never received it. Also states under my tracking that is is at Manchester airport and has been since 14/12! Absolute scam. To do this at Christmas is disgusting. Any time of the year is bad enough.
