Superb customer service from Emma at Bloch London

Had a small issue with a leotard where a seam hadn't caught properly. I popped back into the Bloch shop in London where the fabulous Emma dealt with it immediately, doing a very quick exchange and being genuinely lovely. Definitely recommend the fabulous customer service! Made a stressful audition day much less stressful. Thank you!

Great choice of shoes for dancers

These trainers keep me on the dance floor, comfortable, allows you to turn on the dance floor without straining knees or backs
Lots of colour choice and uppers with different designs/colour ways
Love ‘em
Easy to navigate website, quick delivery, a brand that you can trust to be good

Where Is My Order?

Had an order confirmation. The payment is pending.
It’s the third working day since the order was placed and I’m wondering what is going on.
There is no phone number!
I’ve emailed 3 times.
Nothing!
The third mail was to cancel the order.
Heard nothing!
Contacting my bank now to cancel the payment.
Terrible experience!
Will not attempt to purchase anything from this site again.
