Major overpricing for nothing. Poor info on web, that they are not a officielle UKGov page.
Really not good first impression of UK.

Total rip off! Use the official UK Home Office app to apply for your ETA. The UK government only charges around €19 for an ETA. The one from this website is €113. Because they are a “service “ there was technically nothing my bank could do to refund my money. However, their website has a refund form and if applications are not yet presented to the government, you can request a refund. Seeing that I submitted my application at 7pm UK time and requested a refund 20 minutes later, there is no way they had the opportunity to present my application for processing.

It’s now just a waiting game to see if they honor their own refund policy.

Pague y me activaron , envíe la información solicitada y seguía pendiente , decidí entrar a la app directa de UK , del gobierno y en 15 minutos se autorizo , se niegan a regresar lo pagado
No usen la app de United Kingdom ETA, son unos estafadores y lamentablemente es la primera que aparece en ese servicio

Hint: Use the official app from gov UK. Asking for a UK ETA beeing from continental Europe just took some hours. paying the normal price.

Nos cobraron 109,49€ por sacarnos el documento ETA para viajar al Reino Unido. Documento que en realidad cuesta 16£. Cuando les reclamé por estafa se resistieron diciendo que ellos hacían de intermediarios pero al final me devolvieron la cantidad. No a mi mujer. Todavía se resisten. Ahora acabó de ver, después de escribir esta opinión y presentarse la denuncia en la policía, que también nos han devuelto la cantidad pagada por mi mujer.

Lo que dudo todavía es que el documento que me han enviado sea válido como alguien ha denunciado por Internet. He tenido que cancelar las tarjetas con las que hice el pago porque ya cualquiera se fía.

Uk-eta.online hat sich einen Platz in den Top-Suchergebnissen bei Google erkauft. Vorsicht! Ich habe noch keine Bestätigung erhalten, dass meine ETA echt ist

This company based in the US offers ETA's to UK. The company charge three times as much for its "services" than the official government-based website. Uk-eta.online have bought itself acces to the top af google-searches. Beware. I have still to get a confirmation that my ETA is legit.
