BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!
Edit: I now understand why these guys have so many 5 star reviews. They get upset when you make a bad review, calling it all lies and demanding you to take it down. I will not be taking this down as this is what I experienced.
I received an email in Chinese from a so-called agent that I had to use Google translate to find out what it said. It was from Jennifer asking me to add her on 2 different chat programs, one being Link. While the email was from notice.uhomes.com the email address associated with a Jennifer Wu from more professional looking emails I got from uhomes was different. This raised a lot of suspicions but I spoke with her and she seemed surprised I contacted her over Link. After a few hours however she said she'd arranged for me for housing with Uninist Ltd and sent me a screenshot of the bank details. I did not feel this was safe and backed out the next morning. She got a little abrasive with me accusing me of messing with her, pushed me a few times trying to convince me she was genuine, but I had already seen enough.
Uhomes agents are supposed to converse over the official web chat platform, not 3rd party chat platforms, and sending a screenshot rather than a link is way too risky to trust. Besides I checked Uninist Ltd and they have 2 1 star ratings on Trustpilot for failure to provide rooms despite taking the money and blocking emails after complaints. I would not trust either of these companies at all now thanks to my personal experience.

Some consultants recommend awful flats from Road51 to students
This company was quite good until it started to partner with a small company called Road 51, which provides awful accommodations without verifying the quality of the flats. I know a few people rented from them and none of them were happy about the flats, either delayed maintenance issues or pests, very upsetting experience and they are about to expose it on social media soon. Overall, student accommodations were okay but avoid renting non-student accommodations from this company!!! Do yourself a favour as well and consider stopping the destruction of your own reputation by partnering with unprofessional companies.
