Ordered multiple items 9 days ago…

Ordered multiple items 9 days ago unfortunately for me lost in the post and uggle and co are absolutely terrible at responding to emails. Out of around 6 emails I’ve gotten one reply stating they can see it hasn’t moved in over a week( stating the obvious fat lot of help) this isn’t the first time my order has been delayed or lost. My problem with the company is they are not interested in helping. Terrible customer service when it goes wrong.

I ordered an item on 15 July

I ordered an item on 15 July. When I ask where the item is they keep saying stock is due in a few days! It’s now been nearly 5 weeks since the order was placed. I’m sick of being lied to about the item due in a couple of days. I want a full refund.

We can only imagine this is regarding the Sylvain Guintoli caps (100% charity cap) - we don't have order details visible here, but that product saw demand well beyond what we or anyone involved expected. We've sold thousands in a very short window, and fulfilment has understandably been stretched as a result.

We're happy to process a full refund - just reply with your order number and we'll get it sorted straight away.

First item was out of stock

First item was out of stock, but did eventually receive an email claiming this. Ordered from them again. Nothing. Tried contacting them via email and nothing. Won’t be using this lot again. Awful communication..

Poor quality, already coming apart...

Bought a hoodie but after half a dozen wears the pouch is already looking like it is coming apart. Not a cheap hoodie so would have expected better.

Hi Andrew, sorry to hear this — that's not the standard we expect from our hoodies, and not something we've seen reported before; as of August 2026 we've got over 6,000 five-star reviews on our hoodies specifically, so this sounds like an isolated fault rather than the norm.

We'd like to put it right — could you send a photo of the pouch along with your order number to customerservices@ugglyandco.com? We'll get a replacement or refund sorted for you straight away.

Terrible customer service

Ordered 5 items which took 2 weeks to arrive because 2 of them weren't in stock, but they didn't tell me this and happily allowed me to blame Evri .. which is another downside. They use the worst parcel delivery company in the country in order to save money.
When they arrived 2 of the items were way too small to be the size claimed on the label and the material on the t shirt was thin and cheap, which suggests that their clothing is made in China.
Customer service were very happy to have me return the items for exchange but as soon as they received them, they completely ignored me, sent multiple emails to the only 2 emails I could find (no phone number anywhere) but no reply. Luckily I'd sent it back as a signed for delivery. Had to get a refund thrugh my credit card provider.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!
