Offered £285 for a broken iPhone and then once received they offered £85. I declined and they finally settled on £165. Payment was quick but a big difference from the original offer.

This company tried to underpay the value of my phone badly. They quoted £170. I sent it to them. They said it was not worth what they offered so they would pay £30. I refused. They offered £60. I refused. They offered £110. I was offered £145 with another company. (All values rounded). Avoid. Total waste of time

Offered £175 on price comparison…

Offered £175 on price comparison website then it was downgraded to £42, phone was originally graded as faulty as it has a crack in the back glass. The screen and functionality were fine. Bad service and communications.

Offer £21 . Only had a cracked screen and a crack at the back as per selling it in damaged condition .
Waste of time . Asked for my phone to be returned and won't use again.

Great customer support

The service was great and they kept in communication throughout the whole process to make sure I didn’t make any mistakes, however, the price I received for my device was significantly less than expected however I can understand I may be an edge case as my device had received a dodgy repair before, and if I cared enough they would give the divorce back.
