Bardzo mi się podobało, że mogłem dać napiwek kierowcy dodatkowo on-line przez aplikację.

We are absolutely dissatisfied with this ride and this driver. He dropped us off TWO blocks before the drop-off point and, when we asked him to take us to our paid pickup location, he was rude and played a fool.
We paid for a ride to Sw. Marka 21. The driver dropped us off on Szpytalna Street. It was icy that day, and we had to walk TWO blocks, falling and stumbling. The driver mockingly insisted that this was the correct drop-off point, but it was a blatant lie.
We have been using taxis in Krakow for about 4 years noby a row (since 2012) and we know for sure that there is a drop-off point at the address we provided (Sw. Marka 21), as we have been dropped off there MANY TIMES.
For example, the next day after this unsuccessful trip we ordered an Uber again and this time, of course, a different Uber driver dropped us off at the correct address without any problems (Sw. Marka, 21).
He was also very emotionally surprised by the fact that we hadn't been transported correctly the day before.
In light of all of the above, I insist that the trip wasn't carried out correctly and request a refund.

In the end, customer support only refunded 3 PLN, which is a joke. The customer support team is terrible: standard, template messages that don't relate to the specific issue, and an inability to adequately and fairly resolve the issue.

Przejazd zamówiony z wyprzedzeniem, niekulturalne zachowanie kierowcy, opóźnienie przejazdu z winy ubera, w związku z tym mój przejazd nie miał sensu. Dostałam zwrot 5 zł i zignorowanie problemu przez obsługę klienta.
Z przyjemnością przestaję korzystać z aplikacji. Gdybym korzystała ze standardowej taksówki taka sytuacja niemiałaby miejsca

Don't ever add any cards into your Uber account. They will charge when and for whatever they want. Without any authorization. Last time driver returned lost package, and service charged 40 zl. With out even asking if I want it and with out letting me know that this is additionally paid service.
Support was useless.
Before that, I had few times my ride was charged 2-3 times more just because driver choose another path.

Muy mal todo

Proszę mi odpowiedzieć na pytanie.Dlaczego kierowca ,który wsadza do bagażnika walizkę, po przyjeździe na miejsce nie wydaje go klientowi.Z premedytacja wykorzystując wiek klientki i nocną porę wciska gaz i ucieka .Stało się to w Radomiu o północy . UWAŻAJCI NA KIEROWCOW CWANIAKÓW a zwłaszcza niejakiego DE.... jeżdzącego taksówką z rejestracja KK....Zwrócono mi bagaż za ktory skasowali 40 zł. za dowóz pozostawionego bagażu. JA NIE ZOSTAWIŁAM BAGAŻU, MNIE GO NIE WYDANO z bagażnika.Kto w końću odpowie mi na pozostawione już 2 moje wpisy.t Jak tak można w ten sposób traktować ludzi. Czy w taksówkach nie ma kamer ??????

Uber operators are unfair. They make irresponsible and inhuman decisions. I asked for just another chance to work, just another chance, unfortunately they didn't give it to me. Many people tell me that if you were Indian, They would give you a positive answer early. I hope that is wrong. Because, racism is bad anywhere.

Pracownicy świadomie ignorują zgłaszane im problemy, czat z Pomocą jest zamykany po jednej odpowiedzi przez niekompetentnego pracownika o imieniu Kamil.
Dzisiaj przez 3 godziny pisałem do Kamila, mimo wielu próśb żeby zadzwonił do kurierów odmówił mi pomocy. Chętnie wyślę kopie czatu która pozwoli wam mieć wgląd na to jak paskudnie traktujecie klientów. Bezkarnie od lat.

Nie ma dostępu do obsługi klienta (dla pasażerow). Nie ma ani maila ani telefonu do Ubera. W razie problemów, nic się więc nie da zrobić.
