Hello George, it is a shame you left us a 1-star review without contacting us beforehand. However, all our heavy-duty cleaners are hand-filled to 500ml, despite the bottle size. The only way it would arrive half empty would be if there was a leak in transit, but that would be noticeable when it arrived. Hi Lee, we've been trying to get hold of you as you didn't leave us with your full tyre size. I emailed on the 18th & 20th December but didn't receive a reply.
We ended up sending a 20mm kit out for a 20" tyre in the hopes that it'll be correct, if it isn't please can you reply to our messages (they might be in your spam folder)

Really Good Service
I had my stickers fitted by Tom at TWS. Great service, only took 90 minutes for him to take the wheels off and fit the letters securely. Very friendly service, my Abarth looks great and I’m well chuffed. Would highly recommend these guys. Theo

I was very happy with the service I received from this company of used them three years ago, and they still had all my information for what I needed for my Mustang. I would highly recommend this company if anybody wanted tire wall stickers on their vehicle

Had a kit for my other half’s car about a year ago and the stickers are going strong
Last week got myself a set and in under a week they have fallen off.
Not sure what’s changed in a year between kits but I’m 84quid down.

Nothing has changed from when you ordered them before but perhaps something went wrong with the installation as not all tyre walls are the same. It is a shame you left a 1-star review before contacting us about the issue, if you had emailed us we would have taken a look at what letters you are missing and worked out together what could have gone wrong before sending you replacements for you to try again.
