Worst tire letters on the market I order some back in March they started charging colors from white to a brown spots so I connected them and I reorder some other ones and in may and again the brown spots appear they need to check on there product I do not recommend them stay way

Great product. Fantastic quality and perfect lettering. I used wrong address to order them but sent an email to change my mistake and got a very fast reply and sorted. Loads of glue and acetone and instructions are simple. Well presented all round

I’ve ordered 2x their products and I’ve had issues with it 2x.

First tire stickers kit got massively stained after a few months. They got dark brown, absolutely ridiculous. No product or cleaning technique would get rid of the stains.

I’ve ordered a second kit, and some of the letters arrived already stained with yellow spots. I am really disappointed. It’s a 4 hours job, can you imagine having to re do this each year?

Customer service are not helpful at all with this.

Edit : First of all, a year ago, you were not including the notice in your packages as for new tires warning. It is a new procedure you include in your new orders since then. Because yes, you looked surprised when I noticed you with this issue. It even looked like it was the first time you see it happen. I had no clue at this time, otherwise I would have followed carefully this rule. That is a lie. You guys are basically trying to play with words here. It doesn’t work with me sorry.

Secondly, you are only asking questions and questions about what happened in the second package. I have no clue, maybe you know you have problems with certain batches and don’t want to expose it to your clients. I didn’t respond to your last email because you are only trying to be defensive, no solution offered as always. A refund doesn’t seem possible. What would be a reasonnable reason to refund a client according to you? There is no way I’m going to install these on my car. I have been deceived 2x by your products, but it looks like you prefer a bad review instead of a 161$ refund. That is your choice.
