customer service is excellent, friendly atmosphere. In general it's a good service however, I would like the wheel alignment adjusted closer to the manufacture's specification.

have just picked up my ute in…
have just picked up my ute in Welshepool they fitted 4 new tyres instead to inflated 240 KPA as per Mercedes-Benz instructions they give me back the ute with inflated 300 KPA. Tried to call and send a message to ask why, but no answer I have received.
I have been waiting for 15days for this disgusting service . The answer it’s worst Again I am very disappointed with this company, they talking about ridiculous things instead to concentrate at main important things. No one has explained me if TA tyres required different pressure , even here on a review the answer is still confused .My tyres has been delivered 15 days ago as supplier confirmed by email no one phoned me for appointment has per agreement.
