Total scam waited a month for product never came, just misleading and thieving.

Ordered a gift for my son, which arrived, very cheap and not fit for purpose.
Have been trying to get a return address for months and they keep offering a partial refund.
Now 3mths on and they are ignoring me emails and have blocked me.
SCAM COMPANY, CORRUPT AND UNETHICAL COWBOYS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Products not fit for purpose & no proper refund policy!
Shame on this company, praying on the public. I purchased 2 NFL build block helmets for Xmas. The QR code given for instructions didn’t work on one, the other led to an insecure web page. Some of the blocks were the wrong colour. Many so flimsy they wouldn’t stay together. My child was so disappointed.
Now still trying to get a ‘partial’ refund 2mths later!! Which they say they are trying but an error keeps occurring.
Excuse after excuse.
Warning to everyone, please avoid this waste of space of a company!!

This is scam. I am waiting 3 months for formula 1 calendar. They answer we-mails always the same. That item is in shipping company. I wanted refund. They kindly asking for patience. I lost almost 100$

This is a scam. The dress is 3x larger than it should be. They tried offering me $7 then $9 and now are not responding 🤬

I would give a 0 star if possible. I ordered the
Solid Crochet Hollow Mesh Beach Swimsuit and Cover-up SetBlack_M. My order clearly shows I ordered black, but I received a beige set in the mail. When I notified them, they tried telling me twice that I received the item I ordered even with me sending pictures of the beige item I received.  I've spent about 2 weeks going back and forth with them over emails and all they try to tell me is that I received what I ordered and then they keep trying to pay me "compensation" in small increasing amounts instead of just following their own return policy. After pointing out their failure to follow their own stated return policy they seem to have either blocked my emails or are just refusing to reply. I'll never order from them again!

I paid in full back in June and was expecting delivery within a few weeks. It’s now August and I’ve heard zero from them. I sent multiple emails, but got no meaningful response. From what I see online, typeiito.com has a very low trust score and is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent by security services

Cheap products what I ordered didn‘t look like the pictures and when I asked to return it they offered me 9$ they won‘t give me the adress to send it back or anything else, it‘s a joke! SCAM!SCAM!SCAM!

Received item that was poor quality, not as pictured. Paid $51.16. Tried to return it and they told me they would give me $5, then on a subsequent email $7. Plus they were threatening to charge me shipping costs to send the item back to China. Website says they take returns. Would not buy from here. It's a scam!
