I have been a customer for over 5 years and have been very pleased with their services.

After having reasonable returns the first two years, we have been very dissatisfied with the low or zero returns we have gotten for several years. I don't consider 0.1% annually a reasonable rate of return. I could have done better at my local bank. We were advised to change our funds at last years annual review, and one account got 0.1% and another 0%. This was a very poor investment for us.

After talking to Ty a few times I decided to go with his recommendations for indexed annuities in 2012. It has paid off, lost nothing and gained a reasonable rate of return since I retired in 2013.
