Nice stuff and price but i am living to far

No entendí ni p.como me robaron.compre una TV y un sofá me cobran ..y dicen que compre targetas de regalos..y a nombre de estas empresas..no me has ayudado s ver..como me regresas mi dinero.y no he visto reembolso y no puedo decir que lo has hecho hasta que yo lo tenga..pagame para yo decir la verdad..

En realidad nunca compre nada . No sé ni cómo ingresé la información y me hacían rebajos de la inscripción. Pero por lo menos si tuve respuesta por parte de Keni para tratar de resolver la situación

Realmente nunca utilice la suscripción

Es sencillo uno de sus clientes Twowheely que a través de ustedes recopilan encuestas de satisfacción sobre ellos y le condicionan a uno que si no coloca agradecimientos específicos a favor de ellos NO LE TRAMITAN a uno DEVOLUCIÓN DE COBRO MAL REALIZADOS. I wanted to close my account. This company can be trusted. My account was closed immediately at my request

Customer service works so good, polite and hard-working staff guarantee a great customer experience

This company is a scam. I saw something on Instagram and it was supposed to be a lucky draw. All I had to do was pay the delivery fee, which I did. The amount went off my account and immediately another amount went off. Three days later 2 other amounts were taken out of my account. Apparently I had subscribed to them. I did no such thing because they sell crappy stuff. I was scammed of nearly R900. I then asked for a refund and I was was told that a refund will be given if I give the company a 4 or 5 star review. They kept insisting that I do that, however I got fed up and wrote a 1 star review they immediately contacted me and said that my review is very bad for their brand and if I take it off they will refund me . I gave them the benefit and removed the review and you can guess what happened, no REFUND and I didn't hear from them again. That was a month ago. So I would just like to inform people that this company is a scam and please under no circumstances order from them or have anything do with them. It's a scam and you will unknowingly be subscribing to them, what you subscribing for remains a mystery.
