I've used the Two Tree Team proxy service 3 times now. Once in early 2021 and twice last month. Using them has meant I can be merchandise by a kpop artist that would have been impossible to find elsewhere. Communication with the agent was great. Pricing was very upfront; you can get a quote with different shipping options and pricing and you can choose whether or not to order based on the options they offer. Tracking was easy and my package arrived quite quickly, only took a few weeks for the package to get from SK to Taiwan to the US. Very efficient team. Would definitely use their service again!

It was a pleasant shopping experience with the TwoTree team. Alan usually replies very soon and patiently clarify the shipping details to the customer. He took some time to communicate with the seller to check if the goods were still in stock or not. It took seven days for them to receive the items from the seller and then five days for me to receive the parcel. They nicely packed the box, and everything is fine, with no damage at all.
