These are generic cards and if there are issues you cant get a refund.
I ordered a card because on their website they said 1-2 working days delivery. My card didnt come so i had to spend more money and get another one. I messaged them to say i wanted a refund as their card didnt arrive in time. The response is that they use royal mail so its basically not their problem.
How rubbish.

Hi, We are sorry you feel this way. We always dispatch same day if order is before 4pm. We use Royal Mail 1st class and we display what Royal Mail suggest their time lines are. However if Royal Mail cannot manage this (and recently we have notice they are struggling) then this is out of our control.
All our cards are printed on demand and you will find our T&C's are standard and no different from any other company.

The item I received is not the one I ordered. I received the far less expensive item to the one which was illustrated on the final payment page. I feel that I have been duped, and I can't do anything about it.

Amazing
I wouldn't usually give 5* when I have experienced an issue with an order however the customer service I received on raising an issue deserves it.
I ordered one card and expected it to arrive quickly however it never arrived. On calling up, my order was checked and it appears that Royal Mail once again failed to do what they were made for. I was immediately offered a refund or could have the card sent again PLUS choose two more cards as compensation. Twisted-gifts could not have been more apologetic if they tried. The next day all 3 cards arrived.
The cards are well made, and hilarious. 5* product, 5* service

Cards for those with a dark sense of humour
