I'm in the process of building a church management system. The Twin agent was able to take what I requested in the app and build it out in a matter of an hour or so. The questions the Agent asks me help me enhance the app to make it more user friendly and give our leaders a better view of the health of our church.

Great Experience and Top Tier Agents
I enjoy the service and the agents do a great job! I setup webhooks and other triggers for my real estate business and two other small businesses and it all fires off perfectly! My ONLY issue is the credits run out pretty quickly compared to other AI agent services I use. That makes me use Twin much more sparingly than I would if the credits lasted longer

**Une catastrophe complète — peu fiable et coûteuse**
Mon expérience avec Twin a été extrêmement mauvaise. Le système est profondément défaillant. L’agent tourne en rond, marmonne, répète les mêmes choses encore et encore, et pendant ce temps, vos crédits continuent d’être consommés. Des crédits que vous avez payés et qui, bien entendu, ne vous seront jamais remboursés, même lorsque l’agent les gaspille sans accomplir quoi que ce soit d’utile.
Le support a été tout aussi décevant. Lorsque je les ai contactés pour signaler les problèmes, rien de concret n’a été fait. De leur côté, évidemment, « tout fonctionnait correctement ». Pendant ce temps, c’est le client qui paie pour les dysfonctionnements du système.
L’exemple le plus incroyable concerne les leads immobiliers. J’avais demandé des leads de propriétaires potentiellement vendeurs. Le système m’a fourni des contacts qui étaient en réalité **d’autres agents immobiliers**. Résultat : lorsque l’agent appelait ce qui était censé être un propriétaire vendeur, il me mettait en relation avec un autre agent immobilier. Pour un outil censé automatiser la prospection, c’est difficile d’imaginer quelque chose de plus contre-productif.
L’idée est séduisante et la technologie peut sembler impressionnante au premier abord. Mais dans une utilisation professionnelle réelle, mon expérience a été celle d'un produit **complètement peu fiable, coûteux et incapable d’exécuter correctement des tâches pourtant élémentaires**.
En résumé : c’est « mignon » comme démonstration technologique, mais pour une entreprise qui dépend de résultats concrets, c’est un désastre. Je paie pour obtenir un service, pas pour financer les erreurs et les expérimentations d’un système qui consomme mes crédits pendant qu’il essaie de comprendre ce qu’il est censé faire.

Nous comprenons que se lancer dans l’IA peut impliquer une certaine part d’ambiguïté (notamment concernant les bonnes pratiques pour les prompts, les hallucinations des modèles et, surtout, le processus d’itération).
Comme nous en avons parlé, nous voulons t’aider à obtenir exactement ce que tu recherches avec ton agent, notamment les données, le build et le résultat attendu, afin que tu puisses clairement voir ce que l’agent est censé produire.
Nous attendons toujours ton retour pour savoir si tu serais prêt à avancer de cette manière. De notre côté, nous ne considérons pas cela comme un problème spécifique à Twin, mais plutôt comme quelque chose qui peut se produire avec les plateformes d’IA en général.
Alors, faisons un appel, configurons ensemble ton workflow exact et travaillons sur les points qui ne fonctionnaient pas comme prévu. Nous aimerions vraiment réussir à mettre tout cela dans un état qui te convienne.

Automatización fiable y consistente
Llevo unos meses usándolo y la verdad es que va muy bien, los datos son buenos, la web en general es limpia y fácil de usar. Consume créditos al principio cuando configuras y haces los primeros builds, pero una vez que lo tienes ajustado, el gasto se estabiliza.
