Found their number on my AMEX, called and left a voicemail and they blocked my calls, and continue to send the same automated email, been waiting on my order for weeks now, this will be the l last time I buy from them, actually like their clothes just terrible customer service.

I placed an order on 3/31 and I have to receive any updates on my order. I will be filing a dispute with my bank. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!!!

Why didn’t I listen to the reviews, first time shopping on this site, brought a man’s jacket, first time shopping and a horrible experience, please people be very careful about this site, I order 03/04/2022 and still as of now no package, I email constantly and I get a generated message saying the same thing every encounter that someone will reach out to me and no one never do, now I see that they ship out the order and still no tracking that a label was created , this is a disgrace since 03/04/2022 nothing no package that I paid for, beware shoppers beware! Update And today is 03/30/2022 and I still haven’t received my package still! Today is April 3 2022 and I still have not received my jacket that I order march 4 2022 first time ordering and my experience is horrendous!

i would give zero stars if i could they robbed me my order was over 200 dollars i never received a tracking number or anything they never shipped my order out and i ordered it 3 weeks ago and there customer service is terrible I have emailed them five times and they have yet to get back with me they literally are robbing people!!!!!!!!

Whoever is writing good reviews is lying flat out, go read under the comments of their post on ig. This brand is trash point black, quality isn’t even high, reps like it’s US based but really coming from China and will only respond to your emails with the same lazy rhetoric. I asked for a refund and they tell me my order was shipped, I ask for tracking and they don’t send tracking for another week and it still hasn’t even shipped. I literally ordered over a month ago and this is the 3rd time. The first two times I tried to let it go due to covid etc but naw bro, 3x same exact thing and then there are way too many customers saying the same thing. They should be banned from selling unless the represent their shipping correctly or produce In the US like they portray.

Been about a month since I ordered. No tracking provided. Contact with them is pointless. They Responded one time and never again. Not to emails or on Instagram. I’ll be surprised if my pants ever show up. I ordered 2.

I ordered clothes 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it or even been shipped out. I contacted company and they wouldn’t replied.

I ordered a pari of jeans that after 1 months and even though they were only 2 pair of pants had not been sent out. At that point I had ordered to make jeans that were customer made from a thriving 1 woman business delivered before those, so I emailed them statement that I wanted my money back,most of the clothes they sold were from shein always as when I golgle image searched them they were from they and being resold at higher prices, I GOT REPLIES CRAZY ENOUGH STATING THEYRE LOOKING FOR MY OTDER AND ARE TRYING TO SEND IT OUT, IT TAKES THEM ABOUT 2 DAYS TO RESPOND TO EVERY EMAIL but I sent them 3 emails telling them I do not want the order sent out they will be wasting shipping money trying to force the product to arive on me to see if I'll decide to not pursue my money back and to cancel it with Replies only were sending it out as soon as possible, as I'd they ignored me how RUDE! at that point it was still in processing* (being ordered from seeing to be sent out) Then when I got them they was paper quality *TERRIBLE* that's alot to have to deal with Fri $60 dolalr jeans, when I try to return them at their return page you have to pay for a shipping back, when I contact then and tell them of my situation and them charging me out of my purchase for a shipping is not okay when I asked for the order not to be sent out they tell me the the link to the return page and to ask any questions to them to their email, I've sent 8 emails and literally they have sent the same reply 3 times ignoring my, they a small business trying to flip money and is a SCAM

Took over 2 weeks to get a tracking number after requesting updates over and over again. i got the package over a month later and got only one of the two pairs of jeans i ordered and in the wrong model. i highly doubt i will get the right order or a refund for the $120 i spent.

Right now I’m giving them 1 star. Had to contact them just to get a email confirmation of my order. It’s day 8 and I still haven’t received nor my order has been shipped.I’ve ordered from other places since I placed an order with them and received those items within days or a week. Will never again do business with this place

Ordered over a month ago! no tracking number yet….and when i message them or email all they say is they will check with warehouse or shipping soon! scam if you ask me

No email responses , the chat msger on their site aint working, been over 2 weeks no shipping info.Do not buy.

Finally received my order in over a month.. I did noticed they added “pre-order” now which is somewhat better but they still need to have more contact with their customers.

The company lacks professionalism the website is full of lies. these items don't get shipped in the time span it literally takes months. I have yet to receive confirmation and spoke to an agent via facebook no updates.If you ordered here dispute you items and go to shein or another site for the same or better products. This company is a scam.

They have great selections of clothes but the shipping is the slowest thing in the world its almost not worth buying.

I ordered clothes from here 2 different times within one week apart, and this was around cyber Monday. I still have not received a item, shipping update or confirmation. I have left numerous detailed emails with order numbers screenshots and bank receipts about my order because the customer service dept keeps giving me the run around. Now I have to go through my bank and dispute just to get a refund because I can't get a ahold of anyone.

I order a pair of pants on Dec. 6, I still have not received a confirmation #, I have no clue where my pants are.

I bought some jeans a few months ago which came no prob and I love them. Bought another pair a month ago and they never came. Customer service gave me the run around and seemed to respond with the same exact message every time I emailed them. They will check and “get back to me”. I had to dispute with my cc company to get a refund. But I love the pants so I tried again and now its been another two weeks! No update. Cust service sucks. Do know if I will get my order

I ordered two pants from here two weeks ago and haven't even received shipping confirmation. I contacted customer service via email since that's the only way to reach them and have not received any response. I have no idea where my order is and if or when I'll get my order.
