Trust gone

The company behind well-known infomercials has been fined $1.04 million for misleading customers with fake customer reviews.

The Auckland District Court found Brand Developers Limited (BDL), which trades as The TV Shop, also misrepresented consumers' rights to refunds or other remedies, and made misleading claims about free or bonus items.

The Commerce Commission found the company, behind well-known brands like Thin Lizzy, asked friends and family to leave reviews.

It also "systematically" removed some negative reviews from its website.

BE WARY.. THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH

the TV shop also advertised Conrad Meier fishing kontikis and parts. however when you try to buy any of the parts off them they simply reply with a generic email asking to provide proof of purchasing off them which I did myself seven years ago so I have no proof of this now and they refuse to sell any of the parts they advertise and after talking to many others on many online fishing groups this appears to be a very common practice of these they suck you in to purchase new items in the still won't provide replacement parts. they come across as very rude in the emails once pushed a bit more and after doing more research it appears they have constantly been fined by the New Zealand commerce commission who I have also contacted about the current false advertising and lack of product that they promote. I would advise against buying anything off these pack of lying thieving cheating pricks.

Bueno..vuelvo a escribir una mala…

Bueno..vuelvo a escribir una mala reseña,ya que siguen sin hacer mi reembolso(el cual fue por medio de uns estafa) y además,te piden q elimines la reseña para que de esa forma te devuelvan el dinero!cuando en otro mail,indicaban que ya lo habían realizado y que el problema era de mi banco!!
