Arrived as promised, completed as planned.
Phoned to arrange dish installation expecting a price and a date. Was given both almost immediately and having accepted the price the installer arrived the same day. Photographs provided of new dish on roof which is good touch. Installer very helpful.

Job done, no problem
Visit was agreed, job done next day, friendly manner, no fuss, no problems. Another local "engineer"(?) had turned away the day before - ascent to chimney stack to re-mount terrestrial aerial on two storey terraced house too difficult, for some reason. House in wrong place, or something.
Your guy just put the ladders up and did the job, within estimate. Checked all OK on completion, all within an hour. Thank you. 11!

Excellent Service & Communication Throughout
I contacted via WhatsApp and got a response very quickly and an engineer booked for the following day, the engineer called to give a time estimate on the day and again when they were 20 mins away. I then needed a follow up visit and had to change the date that I had asked for and they were totally accommodating and helpful throughout. I had 2 large TVs wall mounted and they did a perfect job, they arrived on time, they cleaned up after themselves and were 100% polite and helpful - I would highly recommend them

Very efficient and non invasive
Very efficient and non invasive. The installer was very knowledgeable and respectful. New aerial and a couple of TV points fitted and up and working within a couple of hours.
