Terrible company. Haven't received my order placed in Nov 2025. Every effort through email to cancel or get a refund is to no avail. No telephone number to reach them.

2 x wurde abgebucht , ein 3. Mal versucht. Immer aus den arabischen Emiraten......Somit handelt es sich dabei mit Sicherheit um Betrug ..... Zig emails mit dem Kundenservice dass sei alles rechtens so 🙈

Hooked up to tv but then tried to open the products web site but won't open up.
So I guess I wasted my money, moral of the story is don't buy the smart tv box it's rubbish or a con? I have tried to track the seller down so that I could get a refund but unfortunately no success, so all I can say about this product is buyer beware, there is no refund, once purchased kiss your money goodbye.

Advertising on YouTube says you 'get access to all streaming services without the monthly subscriptions' .... Thanks to brilliant no-name engineering students, of course. You don't. You'll need to subscribe. If you have a smart TV you just bought a worthless product.

Absolutely horrible. No customer service to contact! Directions are unclear. No way to return or get your money back. SCAM!

Useless. Would not connect with my wifi, wired or not. No way to contact them, lousy instructions for use. TOTAL SCAM. Do not buy this cr+p. Filed a claim with my cc company to stop payment.

I bought 3 of their products and paid for expedited shipping and extended warranty. My objective was to update older TVs to use YoutubeTV. They do not work and I cannot get the company to respond to my requests. It is a complete scam.

Absolute SCAM! I bought two units for my TVs and they do NOT works as described. Attempted to return them and the phone numbers do not work. Waste of money!

I was interested in ordering an item advertised on Google but decided to check them out on TRUST PILOT just in case they were scammers and I'm so glad I did! Yes they turned out be scammers after reviewing so many reviews. I did not buy the item! I truly believe any platform that is going to allow companies or individuals to place these fraudulent advertisements on their website should be responsible for checking out each advertiser that wants to use their site to be 100% legit before allowing them to bend the public over a barrel! And if not should be held responsible for any refunds due back to the public! Thank You TRUSTPILOT

I haven't bought it yet but was reading the terms of the 30 day returns. If I read it correctly you must mail it back to a city in china!

Deze tv voor slaapkamer gekocht, maar eigen schuld; goedkoop is duurkoop, zeer slecht wifi, geluid, beeld, werkelijk niks is ok.. rommel.

Product doesn't work. Customer service doesn't exist so really you lose your money.

This is the biggest scam. All the programing they promise for free requires subscription and when you try and return the product, you have to send it back to china which costs almost as much as the unit. This is just an overpriced fire stick. Do not waste your money.

Do not buy this. It is a scam! Get a fire stick. nothing is free. just a bunch of scammers in Colombia. Stay away!!

**Achtung vor TV Smart Versand!**

Am 14. März habe ich einen Stick bei TV Smart bestellt, doch leider musste ich feststellen, dass diese Firma äußerst unseriös ist. Sie haben 4,90 € mehr abgebucht, und der Stick, den ich erhalten habe, funktioniert nicht. Außerdem funktioniert die E-Mail-Adresse, die ich für Beschwerden genutzt habe, nicht, und es gibt keine klare Kontaktadresse.
Ich möchte alle warnen, nichts bei TV Smart zu bestellen, da es sich um eine betrügerische Plattform handelt.

Don't order
This is a total scam. I purchase three of these devices and neither of the remotes will work. Tried different types of AAA batteries. App will open but the remote power indicator on either remote does come on.
I would not recommend this product to anyone. TVSMART isn't smart.

If I could give a zero i would, this a total SCAM
