Tutu & Giovanna Properties Limited Arvostelua

Scamming airbnb guests by taking deposits and then accusing them of damage they categorically did not do

Customer service is excellent. Room is sparkling clean, property in great condition. Attention to safety etc. Definitely would recommend the services of Tutu and Giovanna properties.

Transparency and honesty is very important in business

This has nothing to do with a get rich quick scheme without the hard work. I did most of the hard work and suggesting, seems that I was the one managing the property. How does one report wrong figures every month?

I am not here to tarnish the image of your company, as you said very well we are all to take accountability. Figures were reported incorrectly every month and I wasn't going to just pretend that it's all perfect when I am still owed council tax money that was deducted from my deposit yet this was included in the payment schedules as paid. Be at peace too and be blessed

Great experience working with Tutu and Gio, they manage one of my serviced accommodations and it has been such a smooth and transparent journey. They are honest, genuine, and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend their business🙏🏻👍🏻

Tutu thank you for always advising and adding value. We took on R2R through your sourcing company in Feb this year and you are still providing us your experience and knowledge. Thank you for your support and for always adding value via phone calls, text message and live chats. May God continue to bless you both.

I had a 1:1 mentoring section with Tutu and the level of knowledge and information he gave was outstanding. Being new in the property industry Tutu was very patient and supportive ensuring that my journey becomes a success.

Tutu was fantastic, helped to stage and take pictures of our newest SA unit!, He came with short notice and gave us a quick turn around on the photographs (same day) - Tutu and Giovanna also provided valuable knowledge to us and was great to work with. They are genuine and all round great to work with- Would highly recommend

I've known tutu and Gio for a while now and they are the most active people I've seen in property

I have worked with Tutu and Giovanna for over a year now and I must say that they are people of their word. They have honoured all our agreements and for this i look forward to working bigger projects with them. What is most amazing in the most recent encounter, they travelled to meet me to the place I needed a consult. I respect that and I like how they share information to benefit u. Thank you both for your ur trusting ways.

Really lovely company to deal with, no request seemed to much for them and they really went the extra mile to help. We need more firms like this.

Tutu and Giovanna have provided an excellent Sourcing service.
They are honest and informative and mostly importantly they happy to help and advice on the next steps after the deal is purchased. Very helpful and good service.

Secured me a very very mind blowing deal. Happy to do business with you

Family stay at Windsor. Giovanna was very prompt with access instructions to the property as well checking in to offer travel tips assistance if we wanted it. The property had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location. We recommend a visit to the Castle as a “must do” Wayne M Wellington NZ

Tutu and Giovanna’s tips on how to achieve 100% occupancy was very insightful. I look forward to implementing these strategies over the next couple months!

The questions I had were answered clearly and the whole process was smooth. Great experience. I would definitely buy training from them in the future and consider working with them in my property investments.

Tutu & Giovanna are always helpful, providing as much help and support as well as a great service to their customers.

They’re both awesome and very nice people!
