Hi Abi, We're sorry that this has happened we take quality control very seriously, I have emailed you so we can try to fix this.
Extra to pay
When you say that you deliver to Italy and you make me pay £7.50 for shipping and "no taxes" I EXPECT NO TAXES. I got the package and had to pay an additional 12 EUROS of whatever taxes borders etc. I basically paid nearly double what I was supposed to pay. I expect a discount on my next order or it will never happen again!

Hi Stella, Our website does that that the delivery charge is only for the shipping and does not include any additional taxes or fees. I have responded to your email to explain this further 🙂
The Alicia bodysuit is amazing
The Alicia bodysuit is amazing. It’s waist cinching but comfortable and has a built in thong lining for your bum. You could easily use this body suit with a nice pair of jeans or save it for the bedroom or a photoshoot. 10s across the board!

I loved the set but i feel the bra could be a little more supportive i know this may be because there is no wire or because of my boob shape i would still happily buy again

Hi Natasha, Great to hear you and your friends love our lingerie and thanks for the 5-Stars!
Wrong items sent
I ordered six items, 2 of them were completely wrong. It took several emails to get an answer about what to do. I have sent the items back and not heard anything.
The pants I did keep were ok. I thought the shape would be flattering as I have a similar pair from somewhere else. They feel very granny pants and are not very flattering.
