I have enrolled in learning music and did the beginner course worth £180.I have had good learning experience but Haven’t received the course certificate despite completing the course.Also, I was told that there will be session with a legendary singer for the students which never happened.when enquired about the certificate I was told I will be contacted and there after no information since 3 years now.Therefore I decided not to choose the next level.

The tutors are so genuine and well educated. They cover so much in one session with great detail. It can be pricey but I think it’s well worth for the grades. I’ve seen a massive improvement since starting TV

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with this organization. Unfortunately, I have found the administration to be extraordinarily unprofessional, lacking both respect and consideration for the parents involved.
To elaborate, I had enrolled my child for eight sessions, but we have only attended 2. Despite this, the organization has not refunded the remaining amount, which I find quite troubling. Instead, I received a breakdown of charges that included a £100 administration fee alongside charges for 3 sessions. If I understand the math correctly, I am being charged for four sessions total, which is completely unacceptable. It appears to me that the organization's calculations do not align with the service received, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
Furthermore, there seems to be a significant lack of communication and understanding from the staff, which has only added to my concerns. The demeanor of the administration has felt demanding rather than supportive, which is not the environment I wish for my child to learn in. It is essential for our children to be nurtured within a respectful setting, and I feel that is not what this organization represents.
In conclusion, I urge you to reconsider getting a full refund. For future parents considering this organization, I would advise paying on a session-by-session basis to avoid such complications.
